beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Our cottage at Saaler Bodden has a lot of charm and is ideal for families with children. Need a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life? This is the place for you! It is also ideal for surfers! Because both here in Neuendorf and in the hall (also kite surfing), optimal conditions are optimal conditions. In spring and autumn can be observed from the house and the dirt tracks near the crane and goose train. The National Park Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft is right at the doorstep!

Landhaus Gutleben, with a view on the cranes

This house found us! Rather coincidentally, this old farmhouse was offered to us for sale in 2019, furnished. Immediately we fell in love with the lovingly furnished house, the enchanting garden and the unique location at the end of a 1.5 km long, paved road surrounded by fields. As a sailor, I, Peter, love the unobstructed expanse, the wind, the silence, the proximity to nature. I found all this together with my wife Denise - our anchorage on land.

Cozy apartment with a view to the Bodden

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space as you sunbathe and sunsets on the balcony. Very nice bike rides around the Bodden can be done. You can also experience very nice tours on the water with our ferries. For surfers and kitsurfers this area is a paradise. We are a state recognized recreation place and a spa tax of €2 per day per person from 15 years of age is collected on arrival.
