During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free season! Horses can be brought along. The 60 sqm studio is built as a "house in the house" on the upper floor of our barn. The apartment has a loggia with wide panoramic windows through which you can admire the sunsets over the horse paddock. The room is designed as an apartment for 2-6 people and a studio for other purposes. With oak parquet, clay walls, a sleeping platform and a kitchenette, it is lovingly and modernly equipped and furnished. The bathroom with shower is located on the first floor with separate access.

For wellness, we have a sauna & hotpott in our garden area which can be used for a fee, as well as 2 e-bikes. A warm shower can be used in our house.

Our tiny house is the perfect base for cyclists, hikers, short-stay vacationers or ornithologists. Lake Sumter is only a few minutes' walk away. The Elbe is 4 km away. The light-flooded tiny house has 2 sleeping places with TV in the "upper deck." 2 more people can stay on a pull-out couch. There is a well-equipped kitchen and under the walnut tree you can linger and relax on a 20 sqm terrace with a grill.
