Located in the heart of Bellagio this one bedroom apartment with two balconies and lake views will bring you into the charm of a traditional Italian house. It is close to the main local attractions and at your door you will find bars, restaurants, shops and the magic atmosphere of the lake that gave Bellagio the nickname of the Pearl of Lake Como. The apartment is located one hundred meters from the boats departure. In the surroundings the mountains await the cycling and hiking fans.

Vacation home in Vals

Newly renovated and cozy cottage in the center of Vals. The vacation home offers two bedrooms (1x with double bed, 1x with bunk bed) on two floors, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, a living and dining area and a bathroom with shower. On the balcony or on the forecourt in front of the house, you can enjoy the many hours of sunshine with a view of the mountains. The cottage is very centrally located, 100 meters from the village square and the nearest ski bus station.

Eastern Cabin

Baita dell'Est is located in Possabella, a hamlet of Mese just 5 km from the beautiful Chiavenna, at the gates of the Spluga Valley and Val Bregaglia just 50 km from St Moritz and 40 km from Lake Como. Surrounded by hiking trails and bike paths, at a height of 700m, with a breathtaking view towards the Southeast, it is the ideal starting point to discover Val Chiavenna or simply to relax surrounded by the silence of nature that reigns supreme in these places.

I and my family also use the apartment ourselves. It is centrally located . Check-in from 3 pm. Check out until 10 am. Free gondola rides. Ski day ticket for CHF 39. Children under 16 years free of charge. Ski season pass CHF 399.00. In winter, the free village bus stops right in front of the neighboring house. The hiking buses in summer are free of charge. You will receive guest cards for the spa. This allows you to enter the spa at a reduced price.

Large 2.5 room apartment right on the lake

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
