Sleeping in the house in the greenhouse, great view

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Sleeping in the greenhouse means being very close to the plants. A good bed awaits you and a warm stove lets you comfortably enjoy the time you spend with us. The house in the greenhouse is very well insulated and has a nice large wood-burning stove and a small electric stove. The walls are open with many windows. For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.

The House on the lake shore

This house is located in Dervio, a small town on the easter river of lake Como. The house offers privacy and a wonderful view of the lake, facing right on it. Inside the house is a large loft, where there is a double bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a modern kitchen complete with everything equipment. Outside, there is an area usde as a garden. You can also enjoy the large solarium in the roof of the house.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
