The vacation home offers two bedrooms (1x with double bed, 1x with bunk bed) on two floors, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, a living and dining area and a bathroom with shower. On the balcony or on the forecourt in front of the house, you can enjoy the many hours of sunshine with a view of the mountains. The cottage is very centrally located, 100 meters from the village square and the nearest ski bus station.

So inviting on a hot summer day, the infinity pool is just outside the door and the pleasant sound of water spilling over the edge is soothing and restful. The quiet, luxuriously green countryside is perfect for short walks to the nearby picturesque villages of Livo and Naro and long walks climbing the beautiful mountainous area we live in.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Sleeping in the greenhouse means being very close to the plants. A good bed awaits you and a warm stove lets you comfortably enjoy the time you spend with us. The house in the greenhouse is very well insulated and has a nice large wood-burning stove and a small electric stove. The walls are open with many windows. For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.

All the interiors are in the wood, there is a wood stove, a new kitchen, a big table inside, and an even bigger one outside in the courtyard. You are going to be all by yourself. 4 rooms, 3 Single bed + 3 double bed.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
