New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Cheap accommodation in Holbæk only 10 min from the city center and 5 min from the Sports City. Cozy year-round insulated annex of 15 m2 with heat pump, TV with Apple TV and double bed with two single mattresses of 80 cm. There is an odorless chemical camping toilet as well as a sink in the annex. The annex is located in our backyard and is very private. The house is most suitable for a shorter stay, where accommodation is mainly needed. There is free parking at our house.

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
