Three bedrooms with comfortable beds facing an oasis of a garden, living room/kitchen in open plan facing the street. Coop/bakery around the corner, 50 meters to the park (Kärnan), 450 meters to the pedestrian street, 500 meters to Olympia, 1000 meters to Helsingborgs C (boat, train, bus), 950 meters to the beach/swimming.
