New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

Within a radius of 2.5 km are both lake, forest and city with shopping opportunities. The apartment is furnished with 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and kitchen/living room in connection with the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with both fridge, freezer and stove. From the apartment there is access to shared garden with trampoline and sandbox for the children.

Billig overnatningsmulighed i Holbæk kun 10 min fra centrum og 5 min fra Sportsbyen. Hyggeligt helårsisoleret anneks på 15 m2 med varmepumpe, fjernsyn med Apple TV og dobbeltseng med to enkeltmadrasser på 80 cm. Der er et lugtfrit kemisk campingtoilet samt en håndvask i annekset. Der er ikke bad i annekset. Annekset er placeret i vores baghave, og er meget privat. Huset er mest velegnet til et kortere ophold, hvor der primært er behov for overnatning. Der er gratis parkering ved vores hus.

Completely furnished with all neccesary houshold utensils. The house holds a wood-fired sauna and a wilderness spa which guests can rent for an additional fee of DKK 1100 for the spa and 700 for the sauna. If you rent both items the cost is DKK 1500 for two days.

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Idyllic and relaxing accommodation in the countryside

Beautifully located with fields all around this newly renovated guesthouse is the perfect place for a get-away in romantic and peaceful surroundings. The guesthouse is our former home. Now we live in the main house with our 3 children, 2 cats and our lovely dog. Nature and wildlife is just outside the windows and you can enter the forest from the garden.
