Accommodation : The apartment consists of a sitting area with corner sofa, flat screen, coffee table an open kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and any kitchen accessories. Guillestre is an ideal crossroads for mountain excursions and skiing, with the resorts of Vars and Risoul at 20 minutes ( shuttles possible ) + the Queyras/Ecrins at 30 minutes. Former Warden's Pavilion, located in Fort Vauban de Mont-Dauphin, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2008 at the entrance to the Queyras and Briançonnais valleys. Close to Lac de Serre-Ponçon, ski resorts like Risoul and Vars. The dwelling is composed of two independent dwellings, the listing concerns the top one, the bottom one is not rented.
