Located close to the city center, 1 minute from a supermarket, 2 minutes from the historic center, and in the center of a tourist region to discover summer and winter. The accommodation: The apartment consists of a living area with corner sofa, flat screen, coffee table an open kitchen with induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and any kitchen accessories. A dining table. Two bedrooms with double beds one in 160 and one in 140, bedroom with storage. One bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine, and independent toilet. Towels and bed-sheets are provided. Wood pellet stove heater. Balconies with views of the mountains. The neighborhood: quiet residential area, passage only for residents of the neighborhood. Great location, bakery, restaurants, market, historic center, cinema proximity without to get in a car. Transportation: The apartment is located 10 minutes' walking distance from the bus station, 3 km from the train station of Mont dauphin Guillestre. 20 minutes from Vars and Risoul ski resorts or in winter free shuttles are at the skier's layout. Cozy, clean and healthy 38 m2 apartment located at the entrance of this charming village of Guillestre. You will therefore have nearby (between 100 and 500 meters), the post office, bakeries, supermarket, bars/tobacconists etc... Guillestre is an ideal crossroads for mountain excursions and skiing, with the resorts of Vars and Risoul 20 minutes away (shuttles possible) + Queyras/Ecrins 30 minutes away. Apartment located on the 1st floor. 5 nights minimum, sometimes 1 or 2 nights to fill.

Pavilion of the Guard of the Porte d'Embrun

Former pavilion of the guard, located in Fort Vauban de Mont-Dauphin, registered in 2008 as a UNESCO World Heritage Site at the entrance of the Queyras and Briançonnais valleys. Close to Lac de Serre-Ponçon, ski resorts like Risoul and Vars. The dwelling is composed of two independent units, the listing concerns the top one, the bottom one is not rented. The pavilion was completely renovated in 2020, alone in the middle of a century-old tree plantation.

Independent chalet with breathtaking view

House in a splendid position in the Alps for nature lovers. Renovated and recently expanded with the studio apartment where you will be staying. Modern but in the typical mountain style. Humble in size but independent and equipped with all the amenities you need, incl. private kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable sofa bed for two. The town Villar Pellice is three kilometres away. The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.

This 40 m2 mini house (34m2 + mezzanine) is located in Eygliers village, perfect for exploring different ski stations within 30min drive: Risoul, Vars, Ceillac, Arvieux, Puy Saint Vincent, Pelvoux, Crevoux, Les Orres... It's also a good base for the ski touring in Queyras and Les Ecrins. It's situated in the quite, upper part of the village, giving you amazing views over the mountains. It has a small patio and and place to park your car.

Very well-equipped and as good as new accommodation. Very well located in the center, with convenience stores all around. Ideal for hiking in various parts of Queyras. Only small regret, lack of brightness due to the location in the old town. Otherwise perfect, a little cocoon

Very nice studio, tastefully renovated and remarkably furnished. All the equipment is of excellent quality and chosen with a very safe taste. Sylviane and Marc-Antoine are caring, welcoming and endearing hosts. Their accommodation located on the ground floor of their residential house is a perfect base for hiking, cycling and a stone's throw from the ski resorts. It's also a great place to explore Queyras. We had a wonderful time in Guillestre and will undoubtedly come back. Recommended!

We rented Elsa's place with our 3 children (ages 6-11) for a few days. Very functional accommodation, good location. Elsa was always very friendly. The hikes recommended by Elsa were beautiful and within reach of children. Shops nearby 10min walk. I would highly recommend it

Great stay in Guillestre, the cozy, spacious and functional apartment was ideally located and quiet (despite Saint Luc). Thanks to Christiane and thanks to Olivier for hosting us. We loved Queyras in autumn and its flamboyant larches. Our hikes around Guillestre were beautiful. We'll be back.

Superb chalet particularly well insulated and equipped with a very efficient pellet stove: we were delighted to find a gentle heat after our days of skiing. The owners are very responsive and available, which is really appreciated. To conclude, I would say that we had a great stay in a very nice place. Thanks again. 😊

Very good stay at Helene and Didier's. Very responsive to messages, good recommendations. We were able to do several very nice hikes nearby, the marmot rock is a nice walk as well as the lake about 10 min walk away. The accommodation is pleasant for 3 people with all the necessary amenities.
