The apartment, which was completely renovated in 2021, is optimally equipped for 2 people and invites you to linger in the large living area, bedroom or terrace.

We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

The apartment is ideally located for many activities in summer and winter, and is within walking distance in approx. 12 minutes from the center of Garmisch. The cable cars can be reached in just a few minutes.

From January 2020, we would like to welcome you to Klammstraße 27 in our completely newly built vacation rental home "Zur Wally" in our apartment "Griabig". Centrally located, you can reach the pedestrian zone, the train station, the Bavarian Zugspitzbahn, the Olympia Eissportzentrum and the Alpspitz-Wellenbad in just a few minutes. Our apartments are individually and modernly equipped in an alpine style and, in addition to a wonderful view, have every comfort.

Quiet vacation apartment

The apartment is located in the basement and offers the perfect starting point for a vacation in the mountains – in a central location, but still in a quiet environment. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

Alpspitzblick Riedel

The open attic apartment with 50 m2 (fully equipped) is centrally located, close to the spa park, the convention center, the pedestrian zone and not far from the train station. Hikes can be started from here. Shopping, bakery, etc. are a 3-5 minute walk away. The ceiling height is partially lowered. Tall people are restricted!! Wifi included. Free street parking. Extra Expenses: Tourist tax: 3 euros/adult/day, 1 euro/children 6-16 years/day
