The newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment with fantastic, unobstructed mountain views of the Kramer and the Ammergau Alps offers you enough space for a relaxing vacation in the mountains on 27 m² and is the perfect place for couples, small families or friends up to 3 people. The apartment is ideally located for many activities in summer and winter, and is within walking distance in approx. 12 minutes from the center of Garmisch. The cable cars can be reached in just a few minutes.

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Pretty, friendly non-smoking apartment approx. 70 square meters with two balconies and views of mountains and Partnach. The apartment is suitable for a family with two children or three adults. The apartment is centrally located and yet very quiet, so you can hear the sound of the Partnach. Immediately in front of the apartment is the Partnach walking path, which leads to the ski jump and the local mountain. Downtown is in approx. 10 minutes.

HoffmannsNest Garmisch is located in a quiet location in the district of Garmisch. The local mountain and the city center are a 10-minute walk away. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the mountain landscape. The apartment was newly equipped in September 2019 and has TV and Wi-Fi. A bus stop is close by. From here you can make beautiful trips to the entire uplands. The small kitchen invites you to relax with breakfast and more.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 30 qm groß. Neben dem Wohn- und Schlafraum gehört eine kleine Küchenzeile und ein Bad mit Wellnessdusche und Wc zum Apartment. Schön wäre es, wenn Ihr mir einen Kühlschrankmagneten aus eurer Heimat mitbringt. Ich freue mich auf euch.
