The BLUE ROOM with balcony and lake view is one of 4 double rooms with its own bathroom, which is located on the 2nd floor of the Auerberghaus. Included in the price is a rich breakfast. Klais is located at about 940 meters above sea level. In 2015 and 2022, the G7 / Summit, including Barak Obama, took place here. A place to spend the summer as well as the winter. Hiking, mountain biking, motorcycle tours, as well as cross-country skiing in winter and of course classic skiing is possible in and around Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald and Seefeld can be reached in 10 to 20 minutes. All bus and train rides are free of charge with the guest card.

We, father and daughter, Judith and Engelbert offer an uncomplicated, simple one. It is a separate double room in our house with bathroom, TV but without breakfast. Since I'm working, we offer breakfast only on request for a surcharge of 12.00 per breakfast per person. We are centrally located in the valley. In winter, the ski bus stops right in front of our ski cellar. We strive to offer a balanced price-performance ratio and look forward to welcoming each guest.

There are 36 m² available to you. The suite is housed in a former hunting lodge in the Tyrolean Zugspitze Arena. From the castle you have an amazing view of the Zugspitze massif.

Our great new room with a big terrace offers you a big queen size bed and a sleeping sofa for a third person. Breakfast is included and in summer you can use our pool and our hammocks on the backside of our house.
