Our stylish, cozy 2-room apartment in a very central location of Garmisch. 1 min to the pedestrian zone (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, ski and mountain bike rental, etc.), numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity such as L'Osteria, burgers such as Bungalow 7, etc. 10 minutes on foot to the ski and hiking area Hausberg (ski lift, mountain railway), car parking directly in front of the front door, bus connection 20 meters.

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.
