The stay was super relaxed. The hosts very friendly and accommodating. We are happy to recommend it! Were mostly 4 in the accommodation, with 6 people it could get pretty cozy. Saunas and the hot tub have rounded off the whole thing superbly 😊

Dear Christina, Even though we didn't meet in person, I say Thank you for letting me spend my 70th birthday with the family in this beautiful house. They were wonderful days and the weather also played along. So we could enjoy the lake property and conquer the lake. The house left nothing to be desired. It was a pleasure to cook and eat together. The place was beautiful and extremely well equipped. It is a warm, clean and tidy, spacious and tastefully furnished house. You don't miss anything at all. All information was immediately available from the moment we entered the house. The surroundings are really wonderful. It is also very close to great ski resorts. I just returned from an incredible stay at the stunning chalet Alp11 in heart of Garmisch, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the modern and stylish design. Everything felt fresh, clean, and meticulously maintained. The location was absolutely ideal. Being right in the downtown area meant we were just a short, pleasant walk away from everything! We easily explored the charming shops, enjoyed meals at local restaurants, and even hopped on the train at the nearby station for day trips. It truly couldn't have been more convenient. If you're looking for a modern, comfortable, and perfectly located base for exploring the beauty of Bavaria, look no further. This Airbnb is a true gem, and we can't wait to return! We had a wonderful time with Theresa in Pfronten! The place was very clean, cozy and perfectly equipped – ideal for our stay with children. The location is great: quiet, but still central, with beautiful views of the mountains and lots of excursion options nearby. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. The Panorama Lodge has a beautiful view, a real panorama of the mountains. A lot of real wood makes the place valuable and cozy. In nice warm weather, the terrace with hanging chair and barbecue is a nice place to stay. The bathrooms next to the two downstairs bedrooms are clean and practical. The gallery and the upper bedroom is perfect for children. The beautiful large tiled stove makes it very cozy and cozy in the cold time. The landlords are super nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

We had fantastic hiking weather – and the accommodation was the ideal starting point: In just 15 minutes you are in Imst to explore a scenic and alpine high-altitude trail with the gondola. In 45 minutes you can reach the highest waterfall in Tyrol (Stuibenfall in the Ötztal), and if you are looking to cool off, you can drive to the Plansee in a good 50 minutes and swim or walk through the gorge (Stuibenfälle meeting point for canyoning). The kitchen is a real highlight for self-catering – rarely so well equipped on Airbnb! Especially great: the guest card that Peter proactively organized for us (thank you!), with which you can ride the gondola in Imst for free every day. For families, there is a small sandbox, a large terrace with a fireplace and spectacular views. Note: The terrace is shared with the neighbors. We were very lucky with them – nevertheless, a privacy screen would be pleasant if you are sunbathing while cooking next door 😉

The accommodation is very idyllically located and has an amazing view of the mountains. There was a good basic equipment in the cabin & we could turn on the wood stove in the evening, which was very cozy. Eric was super friendly and also gave us recommendations for hiking trails. Overall, we had a really nice weekend :)

The place was just great! Everything you needed was there and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. The children were allowed to feed the rabbits in the garden, you had your private area in the garden and the mountain panorama was awesome. A really great, family-friendly place to stay. There were even high chairs, changing table, baby bed and games for children and adults. The area invites you to many activities - it is not far to Imst, the Ötztal or the Pitztal. So a great starting point. Daniela and her husband were always available to answer any questions. Clear recommendation for a family vacation in the mountains!

Home after spending 5 nights attending our daughters wedding in Garmisch. Property was ideal and very central within walking distance of the centre of the town. Property well equipped and very comfortable. Lisa visited us and was very accommodating offering us her iron to prepare our outfits for the wedding. Hope Lisa enjoyed the wedding cake we left behind 😄

Great place to stay with a great location. The spa area with alpine panorama was outstanding. The quiet location invites you to relax. Shops/restaurants right in the village, 5 minutes by car. Beautiful hikes right from the property. All in all a very nice stay, we will be happy to come back.

We spent 4 beautiful days in the Allgäu and in the Hirsch Chalet of Sebastian. The house is located on the edge of a quiet vacation home settlement a few minutes' walk from Lake Lechstausee. It is lovingly decorated, very clean and fully complies with the description and photos. Sebastian is a very friendly and accommodating host. We have already received all the important information for check-in as well as helpful information about current events. He was always available to us and communicated proactively. We can definitely recommend staying at the Hirsch Chalet.
