Lovely penthouse with large terrace with sea view

Penthouse consists of: large living room with an open kitchen, a comfortable L-shaped sofa bed, a comfortable and extendable table, large wall-mounted TV with DVD and hi-fi system. The kitchen is fully equipped, plus it is equipped with a dishwasher and coffee maker. Bedroom with a French door with a sea view, a large closet and a double bed. Bathroom with double shower. Completing the apartment, a wonderful 50-square-meter terrace overlooking the sea and barbecue, a wooden house-studio with a desk and a sink, and a little house-track with a washing machine. The penthouse is located 80 meters from the sea, with beach access, and ten minutes from the port and station.

The apartment by the sea, is located at the "Il Pirgo" promenade of Civitavecchia, facing the beach and is located on the second floor of an elegant building dating back to the beginning of the 20th century that is a few meters from the railway station and the entrance to the port. The amazing sea view flat is in the "Pirgo" waterfront, on the beach, in a old palace liberty style at the 2nd floor. The train station is 3 min walking (where is also the taxi stop), the port gate and the downtown 5 min to walking.

intera casa ideale per famiglie in ottima posizione centralissima a due passi dalle vie dello shopping. La zona è dotata di tutti i comfort con supermercato fornitissimo a 50 mt. Si raggiunge facilmente a piedi la stazione ferroviaria ed il porto. CorsoMarconiHouse è una casa vacanze di 42 mq, situata al Centro della città, a pochi passi dalla stazione(700mt) e dall’ingresso del Porto(50 mt). A pochi minuti a piedi ci sono le spiagge di Civitavecchia e il lungomare. A pochi minuti di macchina sono facilmente raggiungibili le spiagge di Tarquinia, Santa Marinella e Santa Severa. Parcheggio video sorvegliato a 450 mt. Struttura non adatta a disabili, poichè dopo l’ascensore sono presenti circa 10 scalini per raggiungere l'appartamento.

Open space composed of a double bedroom, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.
