Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela," the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure activities.

Holiday in the lovely Engadin 2

The apartment is in a central location near a small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher's, a sports equipment shop, etc. The ski lift and the train station are also in walking distance. The apartment is in an old traditional Engadin style house in a quiet neighbourhood. It's located directly under the roof with skylight style windows. The apartment hosts up to 4 people. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

You can also relax and enjoy the sun on the large and terrace with a view of Livigno's mountains. Wi-Fi is available for free. This accommodation is ideal for families and couples, but no pets are allowed.

Situated just outside the pedestrian area beside all amenities, cross country ski track, walking-cycling paths, bus stop, supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars. This is a good size apartment (no beds in common areas) which is suitable for couples, families and all people that are respectful of the privacy and tranquility of all residents. Bed linen and towels supplied.

The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny area and is distinguished by its warm and well-finished style. It is a five-minute walk from the Marguns ski lifts, which lead to the St. Moriz ski area. Both in summer and winter, it is the perfect base for walks and sports activities (cross-country skiing, ice skating, cycling, tennis, golf, fishing) in the region.

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.

Chesa Prünella

No Wi-Fi in the quiet attic apartment, but a large window front with unique views to the mountains of the Upper Engadine. The house (Chesa) Prünella is located on the sunny Albulahang, about 15 km from St. Moritz. The apartment is very cozy, comfortable and well maintained! Free, fast internet in and around the community center in Chamues-ch.

Heidi's bed & breakfast Ardez

The small apartment (bedroom, living room, dining room (no stove), shower/toilet) in a 400-year-old farmhouse is close to Ardez train station. In the house and in the apartment there are many antique utensils. You'll love my place because of the old time flair, equipped with all the comforts. Free parking is available nearby for our guests.

Cozy and quiet 2.5 room basement apartment with modern cottage charm and beautiful views. 1 bedroom, 1 living room with dining area and open kitchen as well as bathroom with bathtub incl. shower wall. The apartment was partially renovated in 2019 and the bathroom and kitchen were redone in 2024.
