Lovely accommodation in a beautiful location. The property has everything you need for a nice relaxing stay and is absolutely spotless. Sarah was a great host, always available if you required any information. Check in was simple and the free parking outside the front door was a big plus. Nice easy walk into the city centre, especially on a sunny day. I would definitely stay here again.

Annex was great - everything we needed ... even milk in the fridge ! Very spacious downstairs. Edward really helpful & quick to respond. Great location if visiting Holme Pierre Point Watersports Centre. Would stay again !

We stayed at Marie’s place as a family of three for the National Schools Regatta. We wanted somewhere close to Holme Pierrepont where we could have our own space to prepare and unwind. Marie’s house fit the bill perfectly. It had everything we needed and she was an extremely proactive host, both before and during our stay. We’d definitely recommend the place to anybody needing to stay locally, especially for the National Watersports Centre (20 minutes away). We will certainly be back again in the future!

It was a very clean and tidy apartment with everything we needed. The only issue was the hot water in shower, it kept going off and caused a difficult experience in the shower. Apart from this, everything was perfect!

What a fantastic place! We stayed for two comfortable nights with our children and dog and had a fabulous time. We had a picnic on the lawn overlooking the Vale of Belvoir, ran the dog around the many fields surrounding the house and spent time watching TV and playing with the kids in the front room. Richard and Jo had put out the cot ahead of our visit, and even had bed bumpers ready for toddlers. The house is spacious and well appointed in a fantastic location.

This was our third stay with Justin since April. I think that says it all. :-) During this visit, we were invited to select veggies from the ample garden to dine on. We enjoyed the fresh green beans. Please see our previous reviews for more details. Justin and is family went the extra mile to accommodate us and we really appreciate their kindness.

tha ks for a great stay, Great place with everything available nearby. Literally could walk to the shops. Was happy with the private parking. Found it clean and stylish and the host was very accommodating. Easy to use amenities around the house made it quite comfortable.

Right from the start Craig was very pro-active in messaging and ensuring I was comfortable about where I was going and how to access it. The location is remarkable as it's within a few minute's walk of Nottingham city centre and yet it feels like a quiet suburb - all I could hear most of the time was birdsong. The downside is that being city centre you have to navigate city-centre traffic to reach it if driving but given it's proximity to the railway station that may not be an issue. The onsite parking with the parking permit was a real advantage. The apartment itself is exactly as described and is very homely. Craig has provided a number of 'extras' that are unusual in a property like this such as Sky TV and a coffee machine and it felt generous. All in all I'd very happily recommend Craig's place to anyone who wanted easy access to Nottingham city centre but also wants peace and quiet.

Cara was so welcoming and freindly. The bread and butter touch was lovely. And the annexe was absolutely amazing. So quiet too. Thank you Cara, and hopefully we will see you again next year.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was beautiful and very well equipped. The beds and sofa's were very comfortable and Phillip was a lovely host. The location was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Great location, nice & clean , very quiet , nice for a couple.

had a great time, we really enjoyed walking around the park and for larger trips it was only a 10 minute drive to cinema / city center. such a cosy little place, with a comfy bed and nice sofas. bathroom had a few visible cobwebs by shower and under cabinet but still clean. shower worked well but would be cramped for taller people. lamps by bed super helpful as they had charging ports on them! checked out the dairy box next door, definitely worth a visit for food and snacks - it has everything you could need! nice quiet place except for one-off time where kids were playing football in the street, but that wasnt a bother for us. my allergies did flare up alot while in the area though due to the big tree outside releasing pollen, but thats a me problem 😅. overall, 9.5/10. would definitely pick this again when visiting friends! 😊

Lovely stay at Nadine and John's place. The apartment was great, it had everything we needed for a weekend away. Nice touch that Nadine got a pint of milk in for us! She checked us in but also made sure we had everything we needed. The street is very quiet but just a short walk down the hill to a couple of supermarkets, cafe, pubs and a superb Indian restaurant. Bus stop into the city close by as well. It was so nice to come back to a cosy apartment at the end of a busy day out and about. Definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casita’s studio. It was super clean and comfortable. It’s in a very peaceful location so we slept very well in a comfortable bed. The shower is excellent. Casita was extremely welcoming and showed us around. We were able to park alongside her car on the drive which was very useful. There are lots of places to visit in the area and there are excellent takeaways in Ravenshead and the neighbouring village. We were very, very happy!

From the moment we checked in till we left, everything was perfect. The accommodation was spotlessly clean with everything we needed all on hand. We will return when we are next in Grantham. It is well connected and easy to find. Thank you Sally. Lawrence and Marion

Really convenient place to stay in centre of Nottingham. Flat was tidy and well thought out. Two good sized bedrooms and the living space was really nice. Host was proactive and provided clear and helpful instructions.

Excellent location perfect for motor point area within few mins walking distance. Great host very responsive Nice apartment as described and extremely clean added bonus of parking in a city centre which cam be costly would highly recommend

Fantastic room. Really thought out so well . My son wanted to keep the room. There are utensils, towels and toiletries. Underfloor heating. Pull out tv. V comfy. Temp control. Hot shower. It’s just perfect

The stay was beautiful and perfect. It was clean and cozy. With access to a private garden and a quiet area, it was perfect for quiet evenings. The city centre is close by - 10-16 minute walk. Christina, the host, was friendly and responsive! Would definitely book again!

We have stayed here three times now as we love the peaceful location and the accommodation suits our needs perfectly. The new kitchen and bathroom improve what was already a great place.

Beryl and her son are wonderful people ,they are super friendly .I loved the apartment it was sparkling clean and fresh smell ,bed was extremely comfortable. Everything you would need is provided .The garden is fabulous and very dog friendly. The area has lots of great walks ,the nature reserves are wonderful. felt very safe and relaxed and cannot wait to return . Thank you so much Beryl ☺️
