There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

There is one king size bed and a double sofa bed. If you require the sofa bed for one night ONLY please supply your own bedding/towels for it. More than one night sofa bed bedding/towels will be provided. With idyllic countryside surroundings, this new build is perfect for either business or leisure.

The location is at end of a farm track in quiet secluded hamlet - Burton Bandalls (on the B676, Loughborough Rd between Prestwold & Cotes). 5 min drive / 20 min walk to Prestwold Hall. 5 min drive to Loughborough Railway station. 10 min drive to Loughborough University. 10 min drive to Great Central Steam Railway. 25 mins to East Midlands airport, 30 mins to Leicester, 30 mins to Nottingham, 45 mins to NEC and 60 mins to Birmingham.

There is a Jack and Jill bathroom with shower which can be locked off and you can request a second bathroom with bath upon booking. Private use of washing machine, dish washer and well equipped kitchen. Dog and child friendly lots of games and toys provided. Autism friendly.

The Garden Room is a separate contemporary building in the garden of our family home in a quiet residential street close to the centre of popular West Bridgford.Beds can be set up as 2 singles or zipped together to make a super king.Ensuite with power shower. Basic kitchen area with fridge/ kettle/ toaster. Trent Bridge Cricket Ground is a 20min walk or buses are only 200m away for access to Nottingham. Private access from the main house.
