Exactly as described. Milk, tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival. Comfortable bed, spotless, plenty of hot water, a decent wardrobe and hangers and very peaceful. The perfect location if attending a function at Woodborough Hall as only a short walk away. A very pretty village only a few miles out of Nottingham. Communication with Simon via messaging was easy and prompt and was accommodating to our check in needs due to long distance travel to attend a wedding. Thank you!

Great location, really close to loads of main attractions in Nottingham and close to the coach station and train station just a 10 minute walk away. Host was very responsive and provided great local restaurants and attractions to visit during my stay. The place was also very clean and just as shown in the photos would recommend to anyone staying in Nottingham 👌🏻

If there is an award for the best host ever it should go to Steve My satnav was sending me round in circles and I thought I’d never arrive, but Steve told me just to stop and he came to find me, then took me to the car park and helped with my bags to the apartment. He could not have been more responsive or helpful. The apartment is stunning and fitted out to a very high spec The bed was super comfortable and the living area was spacious with everything you could need

Steve the host is always available and answered any questions very quickly. The flat was very clean and everything described as it was. Location was as we wanted close to restaurants and bars everything within walking distance. As it says it next door to a bar (cocktail bar) and is loud but we was fine with that.

We had an amazing stay at Bradley East Wing. The cottage was beautiful with a lot of attention to detail - fresh flowers from the garden were a fantastic touch. A very peaceful stay. Anna & Ian were very hospitable & no query was too much. We are very much looking forward to a future stay

Amazing place to unwind and relax. The hot tub jacuzzi is superb! There are also the large tv and comfortable sofas for a family movie as well as lots of games to keep you entertain the whole day. There's also a convenience store and a pizza takeaway shop just around the corner. If you can booked it longer, please do so.

A very welcoming house with excellent facilities. The four en+suite bedrooms are comfy with the treat of some complimentary toiletries. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Our stay was short but very enjoyable and we would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely accommodation in a beautiful location. The property has everything you need for a nice relaxing stay and is absolutely spotless. Sarah was a great host, always available if you required any information. Check in was simple and the free parking outside the front door was a big plus. Nice easy walk into the city centre, especially on a sunny day. I would definitely stay here again.

As a hen party of 12, we had an amazing long weekend at Sally's house. There was safe and ample parking for all the whole group and we were blown away by the surroundings. The views were gorgeous and we had a lovely walk round the nearby fields and public footpaths to a great local pub. The house was spotless, and more stunning than the photos. The house felt like a home whilst also feeling luxurious and everyone loved their rooms and the communal areas. The house had so many thoughtful touches and we especially enjoyed the easy to use hot tub. Massive thank you to Sally for being a great host - responsive, helpful and allowing us early check in to decorate for the bride too. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again. Leah's place was a great option for an event at the Ice Arena. It's so central, close to many bars and restaurants. The arena was right across the road! I've stayed in many air b and bs and I have to say the beds were among the comfiest! The apartment was clean, had a huge terrace outside and despite the location was very quiet! Leah was incredibly responsive any time I had to message. We're already planning to return, highly recommended.

Had to cancel last minute, hosts were so lovely and so helpful with excellent communication - will definitely be booking again!

Great location in a private apartment setting in the centre of Nottingham. Plenty of room in the well spaced 3 bedroom accommodation which offered great value for money in comparison to local hotels for multi occupants. Babita very informative and responsive on every front from the initial booking enquiry through to the check in day.

Sanjay is an incredibly responsive and helpful host. The apartment is perfect for anyone wanting to be near the city centre. The apartment is gorgeous getaway and I could not recommend it more. Next time I’m in Leicester it’s where I will stay.

Had a lovely weekend stay at Kate's appartment just on the edge of town. Loved the roof terrace to chill out in before we headed into town and the place was squeaky clean. Instructions for check in were super easy and Kate also helped with getting us car parking for 2 cars very near by at a good rate which was appreciated. Would recommend and will come back if we visit Nottingham again for a weekend break! Thanks!
