Disclaimer - the big downfall are the awfully steep steps that lead to it - not for the faint - hearted or guests with reduced mobility.

The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned(cooling-heating). This winter(2018) we put double pane windows and balcony door to improove the insulation and reduce noise from the street.
