Fantastic house in the middle of Puerto Santa Maria, Neatly received and guided around by Pepa. Every room is truly beautiful with good beds and very spacious bathrooms. The house has a lot of attention to detail in terms of interior and decor and even fresh flowers in different places. The kitchen is fully equipped and nothing is missing. The roof terrace overlooking the square and church is also great. We went with 9 people and were all impressed. Viveca responds immediately to any question and is helpful. We will definitely come back but then for a week to explore the area from this beautiful house.

The place is really nice, clean and most importantly comfortable. The hosts were very helpful, understanding, and nice. I wasn’t able to get a visa to visit, so my friend ended up going instead. They were extremely understanding, and helped with his check-in and check-out. He’ll definitely be there again, and hopefully I will as well.

We felt very comfortable in the cabin and also enjoyed the garden! Ana and her husband helped us with anything we needed!

Mercedes is a sweetheart. Collaborating at all times and trying to make you feel comfortable in her "Casa Rosa" It's a great place to relax and unwind.

We spent about 2.5 months in Javier's apartment in Costa Ballena over winter for the sun. Javier is a very caring, friendly and helpful host. We drove to Spain during a natural disaster and he provided safer, alternate routes. He was always very responsive to our questions and any problems we had were quickly resolved. I highly recommend Javier as a host! The apartment is within easy walking distance of the beach, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops and a bakery. Over winter, many shops are closed, but we loved that Costa Ballena was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was clean and fully equipped, including basic groceries (tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, spices, etc.). We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the views of the sea and golf course from the third floor! The heating worked well. The apartment complex is well-maintained, and if something broke, it was quickly repaired. The underground parking was very convenient, but park in the assigned bay!

Jose Manuel welcomed us in a very friendly way and was always available afterwards. The apartment is in a great location and was exactly as described. We were even allowed to come a little earlier because our flight had been moved up. A minor electrical problem was resolved immediately and satisfactorily. We would love to come again.

Jesus was a fantastic host & his home was perfect for our stay. He made us feel very welcome, he was kind, attentive & very responsive when we had a quick question. We felt very much at home. The property was within walking distance of a neighborhood grocery store, the promenade, the beach, the ferry &, a little further down, numerous restaurants. I could not have asked for more ! If you are looking for a place to stay in Rota, this is the place you want ! Thank you Jesus for your kindness & hospitality. We will definitely see you again !

Great apartment with large balcony, everything very comfortable and clean, good location, everything perfect. Highly recommend it to anyone. The only flaw: it's an attic apartment and there's no elevator!

Enchanted with the stay, a very quiet place with very good views of the golf course. The pool area is also very nice and there is outdoor parking inside the development. The kitchen is well equipped to be able to cook during the stay without problem .

We had the most wonderful time with Nati and Jose Ignacio. They made us feel incredibly welcome, and we even ended up spending time together in their beautiful courtyard. They're warm, thoughtful, and cool people. They offered fantastic recommendations, not just for the area but for the rest of our travels across Spain. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. I’d recommend this stay to anyone, and we can’t wait to come back!

The ideal apartment for two people, with the space perfectly used. It does not lack detail and the patio is a great place, very nice for breakfast. Very well located in the center but on a street that is not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The host is very friendly! Attentive to everything, available and with clear instructions for self check-in. I would definitely repeat!

Excelent location for daytrips to Jerez, Cadiz, Sanlucar. ( 20min cardrive). Apartment fully equiped, clean and with stunning separate terrace. Communication with the host was outstanding! Highly recommended.

Lovely home, quiet and very near the beach. We felt safe and loved having a terrace. Cafe and inexpensive bike rental near by.. We hope to return soon.

Everything is as described in the ad, he explained everything to us by message to enter the property and to enter the house, A nice touch with the fruit basket, bottle of water, coffee, everything was tidy, everything was very clean and very new, the house is great, in a quiet area, near the shopping center, Angela recommended restaurants, supermarkets, everything was easy. The only drawback is that it is next to a lake, mosquitoes everywhere as soon as you got distracted for a second, it has no mosquito nets and there was no way to open the windows even for a minute, I don't know if it was just that time or if it's always like that! Everything else was good and highly recommended, The parking space is easy to access and very spacious!!

Pepi is very friendly and helpful! Great penthouse and large terrace. Everything clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed, the sofa bed is not bad! We'll do it again
