Atico en Playa de la Costilla(PRIMERA LINEA), ROTA

Precioso ático en plena Playa de la Costilla. La entrada al edificio cuenta con una puerta automática a escasos metros del mar. El apartamento consta de salón con sofá cama y cocina americana, habitación de matrimonio con armario empotrado y baño, es la planta Ático situada en la tercera planta del edificio, acceso por escaleras. Lo mejor su gran terraza, puede verse el mar mientras se disfruta de una copa o de una buena comida, dispone de toldos que aportan privacidad, sin duda os encantará.

Compartimos nuestra casa cuando no la utilizamos. Vivienda situada en el centro histórico de Rota, Cadiz. Zona muy tranquila y muy bien situada. Dispone de tres habitaciones, dos baños, Salón comedor cocina, pequeño balcón, plaza de garaje e Internet. Esta muy cerca de todos los servicios y playa. Aunque el apartamento tiene 3 habitaciones y dos baños, solo estarán disponibles los espacios necesarios en función del Número de huéspedes, habitaciones/baño que no se ocupan permanecerán cerradas.

Vivienda remodelada recientemente al completo, con estupenda ubicación en calle residencial tranquila y familiar, a tan solo 200m de la playa del Rompidillo y a 600m de la playa Costilla. A pocos minutos andando del centro de la localidad, a menos de un kilómetro del acceso principal a la Base naval, y muy cerca del puerto marítimo. Rodeado de servicios: bares, supermercados, farmacia, parada de taxis, bus, etc..

You will have the sea just a few seconds away and the sand at your feet, and will hear the sound of the waves from the bed. Costa de la Luz is known for it's amazing sunsets. Each day they have an unique and special light. It is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes away by car from Rota norte and Costa Ballena. It is essential to bring your own vehicle.

Facilidad de aparcamiento y servicios cercanos.

Es una zona tranquila de gente trabajadora. Tiene buenas comunicaciones para entrar o salir del pueblo. Facilidad de aparcamiento cercano. Los miércoles puedes disfrutar de un interesante mercadillo justo en la puerta de entrada al bloque de pisos(tienes que tener precaución de no aparcar allí la noche antes). Las playas mas cercanas están a 10 minutos andando y la zona de discotecas y restaurantes a 20 minutos. A 20 está el puerto, con catamarán directo a Cádiz capital
