It is on the ground floor without steps, porch and private garden, garage in the basement, elevators, etc. Punta Candor beach is 180m away (with lifeguard, bathrooms, beach bar, showers in summer) and Los Corrales beach is 300m away (with Buda Candor beach bar). There is pedestrian path between pine trees and bike path that leads to the center of Rota (2km away).
