In the very center of Granada, in one of the most iconic buildings listed as historic, this penthouse with unbeatable views has a spacious and elegant space where you can relax after a busy day. Thanks to the central location of this home, you and yours will have everything at your fingertips. Heat/cold radiant flooring. Penthouse REALEJO located on the fourth floor. It boasts an amazing view of Granada and El Realejo. All windows and with the wooden ceiling abuhardillado, the light pours in, creating a unique space in which the feeling of peace is infinite. Very comfortable, it has a large living space with a dining area for six people. Fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron and clothesline. A large glass-enclosed terrace with views of Granada and space to sit peacefully offers the guest a very pleasant lounge area separate from the living room. In this apartment we found two bedrooms. The main one features two large windows, one of which has wonderful views of the Realejo. One of the two bathrooms in the apartment is en suite in this bedroom, which also has a window with wonderful views. The king size bed is 180 x 200 meters with a premium mattress. The second bedroom is made up of two 90 x 200-meter beds. This space is an attic, with a nice window that will let beautiful light into the room. The second bathroom also abuhardillado, has a closet where we will find the washing machine, clothesline, ironing board, etc. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed of 140 x 200 meters, so the apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. We offer the option to leave the sofa already mounted as a bed, although if our guest prefers to do it, it will not involve any effort for the ease of the sofa to get to bed. The air conditioning of this apartment is by aerothermal, including the terrace. Wi-Fi, access restricted by security code, and TV smar tv. 3 minutes from the apartment we have a covered parking lot. Trex parking, located in Plaza de los Campos. 8 minutes walk we have a surface parking. Ave María parking on Calle Molinos. One of the most characteristic places in Realejo is Campo del Príncipe, located 400 meters (5 minutes walk) from the apartments. It was built by the Catholic Kings to celebrate their son Juan's wedding. The main focus is located on the statue of the Christ of the Favors, installed in 1640. It tells the story that between the years 1679 and 1682, the entire province of Granada was whipped by the Bubonic plague. However El Realejo was the least affected neighborhood and people thought it was due to the fact that they were praying before this statue. A devotion grew so great that even Archbishop Fray Bernardo de los Ríos Guzmán stated that, to anyone who prayed to the Christ of the Favors a Prayer and an Ave Maria, I would give him 40 days of forgiveness. Today, every Friday Good multitude of people congregate around for 3pm in point to pray and ask for three wishes. At 160 meters (2 minutes walk) we find the Church of Santo Domingo, where the members of the Grenadian nobility were buried. You can't miss the Casa de los Tiros Museum either, 80 meters from the apartments (1 minute walk). It was built between 1530 and 1540 in the style of the Granada palaces of the time, and it gets its name from the cannons that appear between its battlements. It was part of the wall of the Alfareros neighborhood, hence its military fortress aspect. Iglesia de San Cecilio is 500 meters away (a 7-minute walk). Father Suarez's house (next to the Casa de los Tiros Museum). The Convento de las Descalzas is 250 meters away (a 3-minute walk), and the Church of San Matías is 240 meters away (a 3-minute walk). These are places where our guests will undoubtedly be able to enjoy their charms. Once inside, in the hallway, we see that it has been kept completely original: the entrance door, tiles, marble stairs... The only modification/improvement was the installation of an elevator. Our intention from the beginning was to continue, through the furniture and decor, with the idea of providing that personal touch. The one who only confers things when they are unique and self-crafted. We wanted it to be endearing, to transmit to our guests the illusion deposited in this project that was born out of nothing. So, we got down to business. We manufacture furniture, make textiles, decoration... In this images you can appreciate how in a few months everything was taking shape until reaching the apartments that are today.

The apartment features two complete bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom. The showers are walk-in, and the water falls from the ceiling like rain. The sinks are made of natural stone. There is a bean bag area ideal for relaxing while watching the Smart TV with Netflix. You can watch all the TV channels from your country. You can also take the TV off the wall and turn it around to watch it from the couch. The white natural linen sofa turns into a large bed measuring 160x200. The WiFi is high speed. The air conditioning is provided by Airzone, allowing you to control the ideal temperature in each area of the apartment. The designer kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, and you can cook any dish in it. It has an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, induction stovetop, washer/dryer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, juicer, etc. Ideal for families, couples and travelers looking to enjoy the beach, cuisine and Mediterranean lifestyle. Our Cueva Aventura offers three troglodyte accommodations: the Cueva Francesca 1/3 people (accessible to people with reduced mobility), the Cueva Lucia 2/5 people and the Cueva Emilia 4/7 people. The Cueva Francesca (50 m2) consists of a private and furnished patio, a living room (equipped kitchen, hollowed sofa, table, chairs, TV), a large bedroom (1 bed of 180 and 1 bed of 90 or 3 beds of 90, supplement for the 3rd single bed), walk-in shower, sink, toilet. Our salt pool (no allergies, no smell but we thank you for the stability and maintenance of the water not to use sunscreens) lined with its small cuevas to shelter your nap as well as the barbecue and the petanque court are to be shared. The price includes bed linen (which is made on arrival), towels, pool towel, cleaning at the end of the stay and electricity. The bio-climatic feature of the cave naturally air-conditions it. Nearest airport: Granada, and it is necessary to have a vehicle.
