Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

A 10 min drive to Appenzeller mountains in Switzerland, a 3 min drive to Lake Constance (or 30 min walk through a nature reserve), or a 30 min drive into the Austrian Alps. The famous seaside resort and mini golf can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Shopping is just around the corner. The bus to the train station and harbor is only 3 minutes away. Excursions by train/boat and the rental of bicycles are possible there. 1 parking space is available.

Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.
