We had a great time in the apartment with the Adam family. Very cozy, lovingly furnished and well-equipped apartment. Sauna and hot tub (€20 per use) are also a great addition. Alois was very friendly, accommodating and we were even able to check in later than advertised. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be.

My girlfriend, our dogs and I loved the place! The loft is simply amazing and you feel right at home and in good hands there. The surroundings are great for anyone who wants to relax and come down and I can only recommend it to everyone. We had a great and very relaxing time there :)

We spent a week here hiking in the Bavarian forest and were very satisfied. We especially liked the location of the accommodation, the good parking facilities in the underground garage and the balcony. You can walk to the city center, the recreational pool, the train station and various supermarkets.

Everything went perfectly! Julien was a very responsive host and we enjoyed our stay a lot!

I had a fantastic stay at Ly Air B&B! The place was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was warm, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. One of the best things was the location—it was peaceful yet conveniently close to a grocery store, which made things super easy during my stay. We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

The space is really very special. Communication with the host was great. We just had some trouble getting there, as the listing address doesn't match the one in Airbnb. We then found out via Google maps. Otherwise, everything was really great!

A great family vacation. The house is great. In the kitchen is everything that is needed. The beds freshly made, everything clean. The electrical appliances all work perfectly.

The host welcomed us super nicely, and showed and explained everything. There is a bun service and the host is always available as he and his wife live next door. The location is quiet and the overall complex with Koikarpfenteich and its own chickens that you can pet is very idyllic. Perfect for families but also for a cozy men's lap.

Quietly located, you can enjoy the great house with sauna and jacuzzi and use the time to relax and for the family. Jaroslav answered every question quickly in advance and everything worked out great and was prepared for us as an extended family. For the most necessary food, there was a supermarket in the next village (24/7) and due to the proximity to Austria we found a local butcher and baker with great products. We will be happy to come back ... pure relaxation!

From the first contact to the stay itself, we noticed an excellent level of communication that assured us we were in the right place. The welcome was very warm and personal, with the entire space being thoroughly introduced to us upon arrival, which added to the feeling of well-being even more. The place itself is above standard – every detail was thoughtful and everything was equipped with the utmost care. Modern, fully equipped and new facilities create a warm and comfortable environment that guarantees a carefree stay.

Small accommodation in a very good location and with parking. Slightly limited storage space, luggage storage, toiletries, and clothes. But you can handle it.

We had a great time at Evelyn's. The apartment is super furnished and cozy, we felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom very clean and Evelyn a perfect host. When we had something to complain about, she immediately took care of it and also did her very best to get the strong smell out of the kitchen that the previous tenants had left behind. She was always super easy to reach, very friendly and thorough. Thank you for the wonderful time and we are happy to recommend the accommodation!

Cozy studio apartment, nicely decorated and with a well equipped kitchen, at a peaceful place on the edge of the village.

We liked it in Jenny's apartment and felt very comfortable there. We also liked the area very much, as there were some hikes that you could start right outside the front door.

Very friendly hostess for an excellent place to stay in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. From a super kitchen, to a nice large bathroom, very good beds, plenty of space in all rooms and a nice large balcony, this super clean apartment is highly recommended. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

I was very satisfied with the place and felt very comfortable. It's a sunny, cozy and friendly apartment. It exceeded my expectations. The landlord was very nice and helpful because he brought me another blanket because I was a little cold. Also asked if everything was okay and if I needed anything. Very accommodating! I highly recommend the place. Will definitely be back.
