The Red Barn is a modern 2-level new construction compliment to our 110 year old private residence (Cedar Cottage) in the heart of downtown Rogers. You will have plenty of room in the upper level with an open and spacious living area complimented by the vaulted ceiling, a 50-inch smart TV, a full-size bathroom with a large shower area, a full-size kitchen equipped with all the cookware to make gourmet dinners, and two very cozy bedrooms with top-line beds, linens, and smart tv's in each room.

Enjoy all NWA has to offer while staying in a detached studio apartment located in a private seven house subdivision. Our “bee” themed rental is just 1 mile from I-49 and one 1.5. miles from the Amp. Central to Crystal Bridges, Top Golf, Walmart home offices. Bedding is: 1 queen bed, full size sofa bed, and twin mattress (stored under the queen bed). The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your enjoyment. Trail-bike storage can be arranged in advance. Come and “BEE” our guest.

Barndominium nestled on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

Our home is a 1930s home, remodeled inside and out. We are on the bike trail and within walking distance of historic downtown Rogers amenities, where you will find fine dining, craft beers, bike shop, coffee shops, art galleries, cobble stone streets, and a farmers market. We are on a short dead end street a little more than a city block long, on a large .37 acre lot. It is a safe neighborhood. Neighbors know one another and extended family lives on the street.
