Very quiet place. Great view! I would stay there again.

This property is a luxury place. It was just perfect for seven adults and four children. We especially enjoyed the fire pit, the boat dock, and the ping-pong table in the garage. Everything was very clean and in good condition when we arrived. Several of our party enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat. The porch on the back of the house gave an awesome view of the lake and boat dock. Even though it rained several days during our stay, we found plenty to do in the house and in the Rogers/Bentonville community. Brooke was especially friendly, helpful and prompt with recommending local interests and answering property questions. We would definitely rent this place again if the need came up.

Our family loved staying here over Memorial Weekend! We enjoyed fishing, kayaking in the cove, and cooking family dinners in the beautiful kitchen! It fit our large family wonderfully. Would definitely recommend, and book again in the future!

Our group of seven had a great time in Bryce’s lovely home. It is very comfortable, has plenty of room, a well stocked kitchen and overlooks the most beautiful scene. It is conveniently located to take in the outdoor activities in Bella Vista and close enough to enjoy what Bentonville has to offer.

Jean’s house was perfect for our family! We were there for a wedding and found this to be great for all of our needs. Upon arriving we found local craft beer, which we really like. Also she had a basket of goodies for us to snack on. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. We would definitely recommend the house which is very roomy and also has a great outside area to enjoy.

Our 5 night stay on Lake Lochmond was excellent! There was so much to do and we really loved the quality family time. The house was perfect with a private setting, great yard, near the end of the lake, where it was not as busy, and the kids were easily able to swim, paddleboard and kayak, while we watched from the large dock, and great shaded gazebo. Even when it rained, the gazebo had a covered roof so we could still enjoy the outdoors. All the amenities listed were there and fully enjoyed by the family. The house was incredibly clean, even the refrigerator. The house was stocked with every amenity you could think you might need. We loved the Fourseason porch & fireplace. Josh created videos with easy how to’s that were helpful. Josh was an incredible host, super responsive to the few questions and little quirks we had when we arrived. One of the oars was missing for the paddle-board, and he promptly found one locally and dropped it off for us. We would definitely come back!

We booked this beautiful home for some peace and relaxation. We got that and more! The views and direct access to the lake were wonderful! We loved just sitting outside and hearing the small stream nearby babble down to the lake, and getting out onto the water in the provided kayaks was amazing! This home was very well appointed with all the items you need but with so many extra touches. The kids enjoyed the game room, and the hot tub. They also really enjoyed the sound machines, and of course having a TV in their room was a big hit. The home is absolutely beautiful inside and out. We had excellent communication with the host and will most definitely be back! Thank you! Pam

Nikki was quick to respond to my inquiries regarding the home. We needed wheelchair accessibility and had questions regarding the property that she responded to quickly. She was great to check in during our stay to ensure that we didn’t have additional questions and made sure we were alerted when bad weather was in the area. Very kind and friendly host. We love the lake view and the home is great! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Bella Vista. Little Sugar trails accessible from the back yard and the Back 40 and Bentonville are a close drive. Great temperature control individually in each room. Good washer/dryer. Roomy bike storage. Host communications were clear and accurate. Recommended!

We had a great stay at Hygge! Cynthia’s place was cozy and clean. She welcomed us with a few snacks for our family to enjoy and had tiny toiletries for us to use, in case we had forgotten something. She was super responsive to messages. The neighborhood was quiet and close enough to gas, groceries and restaurants that it wasn’t a hassle to find things you needed. It was not close enough to walk to those amenities or to even ride your bike to them. The only thing that was missing, in my opinion, was extra trash bags. There was one in The trash can, but no extras. Thankfully, we didn’t need anymore than that, but it was close. I would have been upset if I had to have gone to the store and purchase bags just to throw my trash away. I would have rather had extra trash bags than snacks to enjoy. Also, the queen bed that my husband and I slept in was not that comfortable. The mattress was not supportive so if you are a bigger person, this bed may not be uncomfortable for you either. All in

We had a great stay. The house was big and comfortable and had everything we needed. The back porch was the best with great views of the lake and forest. Super peaceful to just sit in the morning with coffee. Marcus was a great host. We were in Bella Vista for the MTB. In my opinion, the best trail system in the world. You could ride right out the driveway and down the road for a few blocks and be on the trails. Super location for MTB. I highly recommend it.

Cottage was clean and well stocked. Close to Eureka Springs & Holiday Island. Beautiful setting near Little Golden Gate Bridge with the lake. Opportunity to go kayaking or hiking. Would have been peaceful if it wasn't for the Biker Rally in area during the weekend. But we still enjoyed our time very much.

Cassie was an exceptional host--she was sincere, genuine and truly a sweet soul! We loved every aspect of the cabin. It was sparkling clean, neat and stocked with the necessities. We loved the ability to swim and fish with ease. And our canoe trip conveniently ended on the beach in front of the cabin which was a definite plus. Special thanks to Cassie for ensuring our trip was wonderfully successful!

We had such a great weekend! This home was beautiful and the river is so peaceful. We created some great memories here and everyone was comfortable.

Picturesque spot! We caught (and released) BIG crappie in the pond. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds on the porch. The cabin is very functional and comfortable. Our two dogs loved it here. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

This place was a loss for words. Woke up listening to nature to walk down directly to the lake and catch so many fish. We loved learning to kayak so much that we left and went straight to Bass Pro to look at buying some. This place is so adorable inside, amazing for families or just a get away with you and your partner. It is close to a few properties but it was not a bother at all. The host was very responsive and made us feel very welcome and they paid attention to the small details for their guests. I have even given a referral already to someone, 1000% will be going back!

The house was perfect for our family. Nice layout for everyone to have their own space but also come together as a family. We loved how close it was to the lake. It had everything we needed.

This was such a nice, peaceful getaway for my family of 4 plus our dog! He had the best time of all being in nature! We loved this place and had a great time!
