Many medical centers and colleges are within 10-15 minutes by car, and it’s walkable/bikeable to Strong, Highland, or the UofR undergraduate campus. You can walk or bike to coffee shops and restaurants along the car-free Genesee River Way. It’s easy to get to festivals around town in the summer months- forget the festival parking. There is a cute backyard with tons of firewood for you.
