Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rochester

This home is very beautiful and spacious for all of our needs. It was very fitting for 5 people and a dog. Beatriz had left a mat, bowls, a towel and bags for the dog which was amazing. Happy to see that she had went out of her way to accommodate all of us including the dog. I will definitely be coming back again. Would definitely recommend!

Neil's place was the perfect spot for a family reunion. The house was located within walking distance of local restaurants and shops (or a very short drive) and had a nature walking trail just down the street. Neil clearly put great care into making the home comfortable for guests. It was well stocked and appointed. When we cooked dinner our last evening, there were sufficient plates and cooking supplies - a peeler, wine opener, etc. When it rained, we enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the large dining table with a sufficient number of chairs (lots of cards games). There were plenty of rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The washer and dryer worked great and he provided the detergent. Will definitely be looking to book Neil's place in the future!

My aunt and I loved Christina’s house. It was beautifully restored and decorated, and it felt comfortable and homey. It was very close to stores and restaurants but the neighborhood was quiet. I will definitely return.

Deborah’s place was easy to find, spotlessly clean and Deborah herself was very responsive with communications. Note: The property is on a more busy street and the driveway is narrow and hard to turn around to easily pull out onto the road head first. A minor inconvenience for us, but if you have a large vehicle it may be more challenging. Overall though, a great place to stay. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time here. It's perfectly located in Park Ave neighborhood with a quick walk to CVS, shops and restaurants we were interested in visiting. Off street parking was a huge plus. Would stay here again. Thanks!

absolutely amazing! every single aspect of the home was incredible. humongous inside, grand master bed/bath. immaculate accommodations. beautiful backyard! pool, hot tub, the best showers, 3 person sauna worked amazing. tons of space to spread out. our party had 11 people in it and noone was near one another. we all had tons of space. the showers and water pressure was to die for. ill never enjoy a shower as much as I did being here. host was amazing. great communication. very clear and responsive to any questions. by far the best home ive ever stayed in and I'm sure ill never ever find one this amazing again. will 110% return in the future. I wish I could live here!

This is an awesome house, perfect for our family. The door code we were given didn't work for us but with a quick phone call everything was taken care of in less than 2 minutes. We really liked all of the thoughtful amenities in the house, toiletries, spare toothbrushes, shampoo, mouthwash, etc. Those were a very nice touch and made us feel at home. Gina is truly a wonderful host. We made one additional request for a drip coffee maker and they had it to us the same day. We like the Keurig machine, but some in our party prefer drip and brought coffee to brew. We would definitely stay here again!! Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Sandy provides a perfectly appointed small house. She’s flexible and accommodating. The kitchen was amazing - she had everything we needed to make a meal. It has all the amenities we needed. There’s construction on an interstate nearby but we found the noise workable. No work on the weekends. Starts at 7:30. Ends at 5. Workers’ noise went on for 15-20 minutes and then stopped for 90 minutes. You couldn’t ask for more nearby - restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc Beautiful Mendon Park is minutes away and we spent several mornings walking there.

We loved Syed’s place! Perfect to stay for the weekend - close to everything, super convenient and quiet. Loved that it was clean, beautifully decorated, and overall a lovely place. Syed is also a great and fast communicator who was super flexible about us having to book last minute!

Suzanne was an absolute joy. She greeted me upon arrival, oriented me to her living space, and we had such an engaging conversation. When I’m in town I’ll certainly be looking to use her space again. Thanks for it all ma’am.

The place was absolutely incredibly perfect location right across from a pizza restaurant and bar that stayed open till midnight walkable shops very close to grocery stores, gas and breakfast shops, super clean beds very comfortable and all the unique amenities that you would think about when you were on the coast of Lake Ontario

My two young children and I had a wonderful time staying in Alyssa's apartment on our first visit to Rochester. It was clean, comfortable (inc. good shower and comfortable beds!), very spacious, and the little touches made it feel welcoming and homely. We were there to visit The Strong Museum of Play and Susan B. Anthony's house and Susan and Frederick Douglass' gravesites, all of which were a short drive from the house. There is a great food co-op just down the street and plenty of cafes and restraurants to choose from. Communication was easy and helpful. Traveling solo with two kids isn't always easy, but having a comfortable, pleasant home base made all the difference. We can't wait to come back!

In town for a problematic pregnancy/delivery. Dwight could not have been nicer, offering flexibility and changing days when needed. We so appreciated this property as a peaceful and welcome refuge from the hospital. Anything we needed was available in the apartment. Will look forward to returning.

This was our fourth time at the Red Mill and each trip makes us eager for the next one. There is a spark of magic in the garden, the art, the perfectly curated collection of books... you just can't go wrong. The falls are beautiful, rain or shine, but they are nothing compared to the best host we've ever met. Joan is a treasure. I call her an ambassador for the region. You can see in her guestbook that we are not alone in making multiple return trips to see her and the full experience she has created. All five senses come alive at the Mill. If you need a peaceful getaway, just do it.

We came to Canandaigua for a concert at CMAC. The location was perfect and only a few miles from the venue. Lynne was very responsive to our needs and made our stay comfortable. Would stay there again!

Laura was an amazing host. Helpful, responsive, and very kind. The location was quiet and in a lovely neighborhood. The apartment was comfortable - especially the bed! I had a great stay and would stay again!

It is a very quiet place, with an excellent view, around with a touch of security and peace. Everything is very clean, its comfortable beds, and its spacious living room is a nice place if you don’t want to go out. We are a family of 4 where we have a lot of fun. Thank you for the attention in the chat upon our arrival.

The condo was in a nice, quite development. There were plenty of stores and gas stations close by and easy access to the freeway.

We enjoyed our stay with clean accommodations and well stocked. The only thing I would consider adding is a washer and dryer for convenience.

Wonderful stay. It faces the inlet and you can see across to the plazas instead of the full lake, but it's still very pretty. A great unit, great area, great instructions and responsiveness.

We had a wonderful stay. The views were absolutely stunning. It was a perfect way to ring in the new year. Amy was very responsive, and the house was perfect. We hope to return one day.

Our family came in for a concert, and this location was perfect. Beautiful condo, with a perfect location on the lake. With access to the pool, hot tub, life sized chess board, gym and the lakeside trail, we were within steps of a brewery, salon, restaurants, playground and an ice cream shop. Within walking distance of CMAC -- which we saw many people do. No need to bring your own towels, the condo has 4 for your use. The owners were quick to respond when we weren't able to get the door open (trick: turn the lock all the way to the right and lift the door handle up as you open) and super kind/prompt if I had other questions. We'll def be back. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful place!

If I could give this a 10 start review I would! The service provided to my family was white gloved. The home was a bit out dated but the view made up for it! Truly a beautiful get away that I will be doing again!

Beautiful space in a great location with a great view of the lake. The location was quiet. The space was clean and beautifully decorated with plenty of amenities. The host Diane was very attentive. The view of the Lake was amazing and peaceful. My husband and I enjoyed our getaway and would love to stay at this location again.
