Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Roccaraso

Amazing place! Of all the places we stayed in Italy…this was the best. Be prepared for steps and lots of walking BUT…it’s well worth it 🔥

Bonjour. Si vous aimez le calme et la sérénité, ce logement est pour vous. Perché à 650 mètres, Conca Casale vous offre l'air pur et la fraîcheur. Dans cette maison vous serez comme chez vous. Avant de monter, arrêtez vous dans une épicerie, si vous voulez manger. Salutations.

Pierluigie is een vriendelijke man en reageerde altijd heel snel. Bij persoonlijk contact is google maps een heel goed middel. De omgeving is echt schitterend, Villalana, Scanno, Santo Stefano, Pacentro, Botanische tuin S'Eufemia en natuurlijk niet te vergeten Sulmona. Wij vinden Casa Alberto in alle opzichten een aanrader!!!!

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Velorouren

Het ontvangst was goed, Carmine gebruikt fijne hulpmiddelen om prettig te kunnen communiceren als je niet dezelfde taal spreekt. De ruimte en omgeving zijn prachtig.

My partner and I came here as nature tourists after I visited and fell in love with Pettorano sul Gizio during a work trip in May 2023. The accommodation itself was clean and homely, and the views spectacular. We spent a lot of time sitting on the living room balcony watching the birds, and even a wild boar family on the last night! If we were at the accommodation we were probably on the balcony, and we got up at 5am some days to enjoy the dawn chorus. The beauty of this place and its abundance of wildlife cannot be overstated. The town itself is beautiful and we enjoyed the local food and drink on offer from the nearby shop and café. There are many walks to do in the area and local towns to explore. The place was a home away from home and we are sure to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chiara's, in lovely Capestrano, for two weeks in Abruzzo. It looked just like her photos, with ample space on two floors to spread out. The kitchen had the amenities we needed to prepare tasty meals with incredibly fresh local produce and dairy items. The small refrigerator was helpful to store our perishable culinary treasures. And wine! Tucked at the top of a staircase off of the small road, it was very quiet and very close to the main piazza. Whenever we needed groceries, a pharmacia, delicious morning espresso with cornetto, or a nightcap with some of the regions incredible wines, we were only a 5 minute walk away. Chiara was always quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with suggestions of what to do and see in the area. So many beautiful, charming mountaintop villages to explore! We felt very safe staying here and leaving for the entire day, to marvel at this most extraordinary, naturally stunning area of Italy.

Schöne, hochwertige Wohnung direkt an der Strandpromenade. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und unsere Gastgeberin hat immer super schnell geantwortet. Unfassbar praktisch nach dem Strandbesuch: eine Außendusche, sogar mit Warmwasser. Eigener (wenn auch nur für Kleinwagen geeigneter) Stellplatz. Was uns nicht klar war, zu unserer Reisezeit Ende Mai wird dort erst aufgebaut und nur wenige Restaurants/Bars hatten geöffnet. Von der wirklich großen Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf Strand und Meer. Allerdings befindet sich direkt davor ein Volleyballfeld. Kurz vor unserer Abreise wurden dort die Seitennetze aufgehängt, was die Sicht dann doch beeinträchtigt. Nichts desto trotz super Location!

Bellissima Frattura, e Adamo è un host speciale, sempre molto disponibile. La casa è ordinata e pulita. I dintorni sono bellissimi.

Caterina è stata estremamente disponibile e d’aiuto, sempre pronta a darci supporto. La proprietà rispondeva esattamente alle nostre necessità, era pulita ed adatta ad una famiglia come la nostra con bambini piccoli ed con il parco immediatamente di fronte alla proprietà. La facilità di parcheggio è sicuramente un’altro punto a favore della proprietà. Decisamente una proprietà che consigliamo e che considereremo le visite future a Roccaraso!

Great place rooms are nice and big, excellent location, truly authentic Italian style. Pescara is our favourite place to visit, highly recommended this Apartment. Very helpful host and all the facilities you need.

Leila was very helpful and we enjoyed staying at her place. We had wet weather so the fireplace was wonderful for drying out and staying warm! The accommodation worked well for our family of two adults and one child; there was a bunk bed so it would also work for a larger family. Pesscaseroli was a convenient base for exploring the area. Thank you Leila.

L'alloggio è molto ampio e confortevole. La famiglia che ci ha ospitato è composta da persone speciali e molto ospitali, in particolar modo nonno Giò. E' molto facile raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria, sia a piedi che in auto anche perché di fronte alla stazione è presente un grande parcheggio gratuito. L'alloggio si trova in una zona molto tranquilla dalla quale si può raggiungere facilmente i dintorni e organizzare delle piacevoli escursioni. Consigliatissimo!!! Grazie a Roberta e alla sua splendida famiglia!!!

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento di Novella e non posso che consigliarlo vivamente! La mansarda è accogliente, pulita e curata. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. La posizione è eccellente: il paesino è incantevole, immerso nella bellezza naturale della Marsica. Novella è un host eccezionale e disponibile, sempre gentilissima. Si percepisce quanto tenga ai suoi ospiti :) Spero davvero di tornare il prima possibile! Siamo stati davvero bene!

L'appartamento è ben curato pulito e ben organizzato e dispone di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno anche lungo. Ottimo il servizio di check-in in autonomia, siamo arrivati dopo le 20:00 ma con tutte le indicazioni che ci sono state fornite siamo entrati senza nessun problema. Il proprietario è sempre stato gentile e disponibile alle nostre richieste. Se ci sarà occasione torneremo sicuramente in questo appartamento.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo proprio sopra il lago di Bomba. Spazio molto grande e ben attrezzato ideale per un soggiorno natalizio con tutti i crismi (camino, legna). Cucina fornitissima e pulizia impeccabile. Torneremo!

Court séjour dans un beau et paisible village des abruzzes. La maison contient tout ce qu’il faut et le jardin avec piscine est très bien aménagé. Les propriétaires sont d adorables personnes qui possèdent également un restaurant dans le centre, que nous vous conseillons d essayer.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. It looks even better than in the photos! Super peaceful & communication with the hosts was a deem. A little trouble with electricity but hey - it‘s rural Italy :) would definitely book again!

- ottima struttura, dotata di tutti i servizi; il fatto che ogni stanza abbia il bagno en-suite è un plus notevole. - giardino grande disponibile con piscina ( nel mio caso, ad aprile, la piscina non era ancora disponibile) - posizione strategica per visitare parco nella majella e dintorni - staff gentile, disponibile, pro attivo e paziente. Ornella was a wonderful host, and we loved staying here! The house is about a 35min walk to the top of Pesche, and a 5min drive to Isernia. We have recommended this place to all of our family that will soon visit. Only downfalls of the property: A little cold in the house, but there were plenty of blankets. Also, the water was not very hot, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. All in all, we would definitely stay here again. It’s cozy and quiet, and inconveniently located to everything we wanted to see.

We were very comfortable. Everything was well appointed. the veranda and the view of the snow covered mountains and the sea were stunning. The beautiful hardwood floors added a luxurious feel to the house. It is definitely a villa with a beautiful garden. We would have liked a couple of lamps to brighten the interior a bit. The hosts were very kind and welcoming . All in all an extremely pleasant stay.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend meraviglioso in questa villetta immersa nel verde, un vero angolo di pace per staccare dalla routine. Fin da subito, l’host si è dimostrata disponibile e attenta, garantendoci un soggiorno sereno. La casa ha superato le aspettative: spaziosa, accogliente e arredata con gusto, con ambienti puliti e ben organizzati, dotati di ogni comfort. La posizione è ideale, immersa nella natura ma ben collegata, con le piste da sci raggiungibili in circa un’ora. Dopo una giornata sulla neve, volevamo guardare la finale di Sanremo, ma il comfort del divano e il calore dell’ambiente ci hanno conquistati… e ci siamo addormentati! Un soggiorno indimenticabile, che ripeteremo sicuramente!

Amazing views across the hills to the seas in the far distance and very spacious villa. Pool with view, and the extensive outdoor patio spaces, were the highlight for us and where we spent most of our time. Villa had AC and was refreshingly cold in the summer heat. Lenola is walkable up the hill. House is as described - quite spartanly furnished, as many Mediterranean holiday homes are, and kitchen has the essentials. We asked for a kettle and more wine glasses and these were delivered new the next morning. Host Aldo was very friendly and flexible and we communicated fine through Google Translate. Highly recommend Osteria La Sevici in the village for traditional home cooked pasta. Thank you, Aldo!
