Maison récemment restaurée située dans le parc national de la Majella, au croisement des sentiers des Ermitages de Santo Spirito e San Bartolomeo dans la localité de Roccamorice. Maison organisée en 2 appartements indépendants - seul le rez-de-chaussée est aujourd'hui disponible. A proximité (30m), le restaurant Macchie di Coco permet de prendre les repas à des conditions avantageuses pour la clientèle.

Porta tutta la famiglia in questo fantastico alloggio immerso nel verde, con tanto spazio per divertirsi Piccola curiosità: Nel 1952 quattro amici comprarono un rudere e costruirono la Villa. Erano 4 case tutte uguali con un grande giardino e la piscina. Pensarono ad un nome unico per il loro “piccolo paradiso”. Così unirono i loro cognomi e diedero vita a Villa Mafrusa.
