Apartment vacation rentals in Roccaraso

It was a really lovely place. Arianna even cared for our Baby with a Special Chair/bed/bathtub. perfekt for us!

It was an extremely pleasant stay. Atessa is a gem and the apartment is in a central but sheltered position, and is soundproofed from the lively Piazza Garibaldi adjacent. The supermarket is a stone's throw away and for us who came to visit relatives, getting around was very convenient. Anna Pia welcomed us with great care and kindness, making us feel at home. The recently renovated apartment is very nice and tastefully furnished, it has all the comforts combined with the memory of its ancient structure. Particularly appreciated are the shutters that offer complete darkness at night, the independent heating/air conditioning that was valuable to ensure a comfortable environment for my elderly father; the towel warmers in the bathroom and the terrace that is a gem overlooking the church of San Rocco and the square. We have found the perfect base for our next trips to Atessa.

Everything was very nice and very faithful to the description made , Massimo was always available while Grandma Ilde welcomed us as a loving mother welcomed her children after a long trip, immediately available to cook something for us, she covered us with attention, offered us a dessert made by her very good and we immediately felt at home. Lovely and quiet place, even our dog had a lot of fun. highly recommend it.

The house is beautiful, super tidy and minimal... a five-minute walk to the sea... quiet area with great restaurants... host always responsive and friendly... with super flexible check-in and out... we will definitely be back... super great experience

Really impeccable apartment. Very well stocked and beautifully maintained. Equipped with everything and very clean. Gabriele and his wife are two very kind and wonderful people for their availability and attention. Highly recommended for a stay in the mountains thanks to the wonderful opportunities offered by Majella and for the really comfortable accommodation. The place is very spacious and comfortable. The family who hosted us is made up of special people and very hospitable, especially Grandpa Giò. It is very easy to reach the train station, both on foot and by car, also because in front of the station there is a large free parking lot. The property is in a very quiet area from which you can easily reach the surroundings and organize pleasant excursions. Highly recommended!!! Thanks to Roberta and her beautiful family!!!

Our experience at this property was extremely positive; Marcello's welcome was undoubtedly perfect; nice, polite and very clear in the directions. The cleanliness of the apartment is perfect; very clean bathroom, bed, sheets and wardrobe as well, and this is not a given, as we have unfortunately been able to ascertain in other facilities. Absolutely positive note for the host and his family, who are committed to offering us all their help for any need or questions about the best activities to do in the area. The house itself fully respected what its description here on the platform presented, not at all taken for granted according to my past experiences. The village where the property is located is very quiet, ideal as a base to rest after doing physical activities in the surroundings like us (trekking, snow sports, evening explorations of nearby towns like Scanno). Overall, we were very satisfied with the entire experience, so we feel we can recommend it with full marks 🙂

Caterina was extremely helpful and helpful, always ready to support us. The property met our needs exactly, it was clean and suitable for a family like ours with small children and with the park immediately in front of the property. The ease of parking is definitely another point in favor of the property. Definitely a property that we recommend and that we will consider future visits to Roccaraso!

Giulia's house is lovely, just the right size for 4 people (the photos are real). The wall-mounted radiator in the entrance is very convenient for hanging snow clothing. Only advice, a washable spring-loaded sofa cover (the stains on the current one give up at the seat). Also TV with various free networks, the kids enjoyed it. We'll be back! 🔝

We stayed with two people for one week in this apartment. The apartment is practical and simply furnished but very clean. From this apartment many day trips made in this beautiful nature reserve. There are also delicious restaurants, bakery, butcher and mini supermarket within walking distance. Good wifi available and the host was very friendly and helpful. For 4 people I find the apartment on the small side but for two people it is fine. Definitely recommended to visit all the surrounding villages.

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

Wonderful place in the San Grasso region.

Beautiful, bright, large and comfortable house. Even outside large spaces. We felt at home with all the comforts. In each room there is a television, beyond the large bedrooms also the shared spaces such as kitchen (huge), living room and veranda.

Monica was an exemplary host: kind, shrewd and helpful! Her home was wonderful, large, cozy and tidy, with spaces for leisure and relaxation such as the pool and the hobby room with barbecue perfect for me and my friends! A unique experience and, we all hope, soon repeatable!

Well done and recently renovated apartment. The rooms are spacious and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything and the two bathrooms, very clean, give an extra help to prepare. There are supermarkets nearby and the highway is just a few miles away. Highly recommended!!

Antonio was very kind from the moment of check-in, for which he waited with great availability with ready and fast communications by phone. Once we arrived, he took care to recommend places to eat typical cuisine and made himself available for the duration of the stay for any need. The accommodation is clean, quiet, cool and very welcoming. Experience and highly recommended hosts!

Small relaxing corner. Clean and tidy rooms, with all the essentials. The details make the difference, like the LEDs, Netflix, the tub, the moss on the walls, etc... highly recommended.
