We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back in a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. There were basic groceries in the kitchen to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

You can stay in a historic house full of character, located in the most beautiful part of Rimini—right in the heart of life. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants, you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere just outside your door, with two chairs at the entrance while your child sleeps peacefully inside. You won’t miss a moment of life. I highly recommend it to everyone.

This is the second year that we have stayed in Mauro's house with our 16-month-old baby and a Dobermann, and I believe that this will remain a fixed, unmissable stop for us to spend our summer holidays. A large, completely fenced outdoor space, the quiet area and a cozy and clean apartment, equipped with all the services, makes this solution optimal for those who, like us, decide to spend their holidays with their 4-legged friend. At the same time, the proximity to the center of Riccione and the complete availability of Mauro, available at any time and for any eventuality, instills security in full respect of privacy, making the stay ideal even for the little ones. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

For over two weeks, we enjoyed Rosie and Salvo's beautiful house together with our two pugs. The house is spacious, private but still close to the beach and center of Fano. The house has a beautiful garden. Anything you need is present. Salvo and Rosie are quick to reach and are helpful. The reception by Elisa was fantastic. She had even taken the trouble to arrange an interpreter. We could ask anything and get an immediate answer. A very beautiful area with nice beaches. The place itself is also very cozy with plenty to do. You won't get bored. A very nice house, with a lovely garden. Everything very clean. We enjoyed it so much that we want to come back next year.

Fabulous place in amazing surroundings. The pool area is wonderful and the garden beautiful. We had an amazing time and enjoyed the entire place - especially the outdoor pizza oven. Nicola was very helpful and fast in his responses.

Close to shops, etc. by car. 15 minutes by car to the sea. Large spaces both inside and out. Clean, nice and personal. Wonderful pool area. 4 toilets and showers.

If you come here, you can't miss the schiaccia, a divine delicacy! The location is enchanting: silence broken only by the sounds of nature, and a timeless atmosphere that invites slowness and serenity. Perfect for unwinding and regenerating. Highly recommended for those looking for authenticity, good food, and a warm welcome.

Our stay in Tuscany at Lorenzo’s estate was magical! Close to the gorgeous Anghiari, fresh pastry gifts from Lorenzo’s lovely mother every other day and magical firefly displays at night, the pool and wood fired hot tub were an especially nice touch, recommend and would stay again :)

Ideal suite for those who want to escape the city and immerse themselves in the greenery of the Marche. The design of the structure is well-kept and suitable for every comfort. The central pool is the highlight of the house, the view of the hills is the highlight.

My or our stay was very pleasant overall. The place was lovely and had everything you need for a few relaxing days. The location is quiet and well suited if you are looking for some distance from the hustle and bustle. Particularly positive is the communication with the hostess – she was very friendly and quickly accessible. Note for future guests: There is a fairly narrow spiral staircase that is not immediately apparent in the photos – you should know if you are traveling with a lot of luggage or small children. To be extremely brief, we had a great time. The apartment is really delightful: cozy, clean, furnished with great taste, equipped with everything, equipped with a very convenient parking space and outdoor space that opens onto a spectacular view; in addition, the village of Gabicce Monte is an authentic gem, offering the possibility of relaxing walks with the feeling of being suspended over the expanse of the sea. Another special feature: The apartment is adjacent to the village church, once probably connected, which makes the context even more evocative. I'm already nostalgic!

Brand new home, offers all kinds of comfort and service! 2 minutes by car from the sea, truly a beautiful home in a very quiet area. Alex met us with the check-in time as we had a small child and needed to enter the accommodation earlier, it's not for everyone! If I could give it 10 stars! Thanks again!

The accommodation is modern and located on a side street, but you can hear the noise of the main street, which is well-traveled. We left our car all week and did everything on foot. As is well known, many roads lead to Rome and so also to the beach. The path to the right of the apartment is the longer one, but definitely longer. Left of the apartment is shorter, but not very nice. It is 20 to 30 minutes on foot to the beach, which was optimal for us. There is free parking at the apartment, but I can't say what it's like in the high season, because all the parking spaces were always occupied in the evening. What we missed were mosquito nets on the windows, at least in the bedrooms, it would be an advantage. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need. We are happy to recommend the place.

Anita was super nice host helping with everything that was asked. Apartment was nice, had everything we needed. However it was quite hot inside - air conditioning would be a great improvement. But it was not in the offer, so it was really good value for money!

Tommaso and Marta are wonderful hosts. We were greeted with homemade cakes and bread. There is a SPA area, we used the pool a few times. A highlight for our daughter was the visit to the fattoria, which we highly recommend to families with children. Tommaso even installed a child seat for the e-bikes. It was wonderful. We recommend it!
