Massimo's house is a blast from the past, very clean, quiet, fresh, spacious and perfect for taking your mind off the routine! Massimo and his family are of a kindness and helpfulness never seen by a host. Everything really impeccable, we and our Nerone can't wait to come back! 🐶

We just got back from Nonno Dario's farmhouse... and we already want to leave again! The house is simply perfect, clean, particularly appreciated the welcome kit, we usually bring a thousand things from home, but it would not have been necessary because in the kitchen and bathroom there was practically everything! We were looking for peace, and we found peace. For us, accustomed to the noise and bustle of the city, the slow pace and silence of the farmhouse and its surroundings have been a panacea. Opening the windows and enjoying the splendid panorama of the Marche hills is priceless. On hot days, the pool and garden allowed us to find refreshment after excursions. A heartfelt thank you to Silvia, for her kindness and the various tips she gave us during our stay. We'll definitely see you again.

Excellent stay, Vanessa is a very kind, welcoming and warm person. She even made the effort to answer our questions in French. The house is very beautiful, well located, well equipped, tastefully decorated, very pleasant to stay in. Rental recommended to friends for a pleasant stay. No unpleasant comments to make.

Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

Giacomo and his family were very welcoming. Communication was impeccable. The accommodation is well-kept and very central, a few minutes' walk from the canal port. It was a great experience, thank you!

House with a wonderful garden, nestled in the hills of Romagna. It turned out to be the perfect place for us and our dog, who were looking for a quiet place, but just a few minutes' drive from the city. The garden (fully fenced) always has large shaded areas during the day. The house has everything you need for both short and long stays: kitchen with numerous dishes, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and good wifi connection. Mauro is a very active host: we had a small setback during check-in and he solved it immediately. The ideal solution for those looking for a few days of absolute peace!

Norma was an absolute treasure, and her home and family were lovely. The property sits overlooking a lovely castle and a beautiful church with great views on the other side. The property has a great pool with plenty of privacy or interaction with the family, I only wish I spoke more Italian to be able to sit and chat with her lovely in-laws! Norma offered great recommendations for day trips, and overall the local area was great to explore. My only advice would be the usual: rent a smaller car to make life easier! Sitting on the patio overlooking the castle, with a glass of wine, is a memory we will never forget, and is highly recommended. Whether during the day or after the sun has gone down and the fireflies comes out (weather permitting) it's a Tuscan treat you won't want to miss. We truly felt like a part of the family and would love to return to her home the next time we come back. Truly a wonderful experience!

The contact on site worked excellently, Francesco himself showed us the apartment and explained everything important. In addition, he was always available when we had questions. The beach is just a few meters away and a mini-market for everyday needs is right outside the front door. It was an absolutely successful vacation on our part.

Our stay at Villa Lunas was perfect - very quiet location and yet not far from the action. The offer is great and leaves nothing to be desired. All in all highly recommended - even with a child!

Our stay in Teodorano was simply fantastic! The accommodation is super nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. Antonella, our hostess, was totally warm and made us feel right at home with her open manner. Her husband was also super helpful and supported us in everything – both are just wonderful people. And the best part: Antonella is a fantastic cook! As a surprise, she even gave us something delicious for the onward journey – what a lovely gesture! We really enjoyed the time there and would definitely come back. Absolutely recommended!

We had a wonderful time staying in Cristina’s loft. The garden, lovingly cared for by Giuseppe, is absolutely beautiful and was a true highlight of our stay. The surroundings are well worth exploring — full of charm and cultural treasures. Most mornings we started the day with a run through the peaceful landscape, followed by a refreshing swim in the pool. There is so much to see and do in the area, both in nature and in terms of culture. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special and relaxing stay.

We are a family of 5 who had a fantastic stay. The house is huge and very nice and the view is unbeatable. All stress leaves the body when you are there. Everywhere you looked, there were exceptionally beautiful views. In addition, Lucia and Frederico were so warm people and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!

It was like a dream. It made us consider leaving Germany and stay in The Tuskany. Beautiful surrounding with a very nice pool area and garden with fruit trees, chickens and sweet cats. We felt very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and kind. We would recommend Piandarca for 100% and wish to come back soon!

Nice apartment. Metromare was easy to use, we got to Rimini and Riccione well and quickly. The swimming pool was good. The staff was friendly!

To be extremely brief, we had a great time. The apartment is really delightful: cozy, clean, furnished with great taste, equipped with everything, equipped with a very convenient parking space and outdoor space that opens onto a spectacular view; in addition, the village of Gabicce Monte is an authentic gem, offering the possibility of relaxing walks with the feeling of being suspended over the expanse of the sea. Another special feature: The apartment is adjacent to the village church, once probably connected, which makes the context even more evocative. I'm already nostalgic!

Excellent apartment, matches the photos and description, clean, really equipped with everything, washing machine, dishwasher, spare towels, air conditioning in both rooms. Super-equipped kitchen from oil to condiments, coffee machine and pods, aluminum foil containers, baking paper, trays, toaster, really excellent attention. It has mosquito nets. In the laundry area, I found everything I needed for cleaning, a new broom, new sponges, laundry detergent, fabric softener... really great attention. Nothing was missing! Great location near the beach and the main street. Super active host, always very helpful, and decisive. bikes available Really great staff! I accidentally got locked out with the keys inside the apartment, and within 5 minutes they solved the problem. Unobtrusive and really very professional. A positive note also for the Lido delle Sirene!

Nice modern apartment with comfortable beds; lovely beach views. We needed to make some use of the air conditioning as the weather was so hot during our stay.

This was such a great location! Lots of great places to shop and eat and not far to everything! It wasn’t super hot, but the ac and fans made sleeping so comfortable. Just loved it!

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.
