It's a beautiful, perfectly located, spacious and peaceful cottage set in the conservation area of Crantock village with lots of beauty spots near by. It's a short walk to Crantock beach with Polly Joke beach not far, so great for walking, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking or just relaxing on the beach. There are three pubs with good food a great Italian restaurant and a well stocked shop a short walk away. You'll also be well located here mid way on the coast for touring all of Cornwall.

Our house is perfect for families and is on a quiet road with only 14 houses. It has a large south facing deck and a balcony from the master bedroom which both overlook the Gannel Estuary. In addition, our house has an enclosed back garden with four levels to enjoy!
