Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rivabella

We stayed at Peter’s place to visit Imola and Forli, and it turned out to be the perfect base for our trip. It’s just a 30 minute drive to Imola and 15 minutes to Forlì both beautiful, well worth exploring. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped, with a lovely balcony where we could enjoy both mornings and evenings. The shower stayed nice and hot, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals. Having both a washing machine and a dryer was a huge bonus. Peter was also kind enough to provide an extra drying rack in addition to the one near the fridge, which was great for items I preferred not to tumble dry. The location was ideal, though a car is definitely recommended, as walking in the area isn’t particularly safe. There is a nearby bus stop with service into Forlì twice a day tickets can be purchased at the village tobacconist. Peter also provides helpful maps, and I especially recommend using the one marked with numbered points for exploring.

We spent 1 week in Rimini in Chiara's apartment and really loved it. The host was really friendly and nice. The apartment ist big, cosy and clean.

We chose Casa Mazzarini for our holidays in Cesenatico: my wife, our two children (1 and 4 years old) and I had a great time. The house perfectly matches the photos and description. It was well-equipped with everything you need, with a minimalist style that we really appreciated. The cleanliness was impeccable - one of the rare times when every detail was really taken care of. We felt right at home. The terrace is one of the highlights: we dined outdoors almost every evening, and it was a pleasure. The location is also excellent: the beach can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. To top it all off, Andrea was a fantastic host. Always available, he made us feel comfortable from the first moment. He also prepared a very useful guide with tips on bars, restaurants, bakeries, and more. If we were to return to Cesenatico, Casa Mazzarini would certainly be our first choice.

Host Mario is a super sweet, kind and social man. There was a spacious parking lot on private property, which is very nice. All rooms were spacious. Price quality super. In the village it was very cozy and you can eat wonderfully. Highly recommended for a short period of time.

Very nice host, very close to the beach and strip. Would definitely recommend you to stay here if visiting Rimini. Good restaurants near by, bike shop close too. Rooms comfy and clean, shower and bathroom really good too. Amenities were cool.

This location was very close to the place where our youngest daughter is temporarily studying. We were able to spend a lot of time together during that week of autumn holidays. Ideal location to explore Forli and its surroundings. Beautiful terrace to wake up in the morning and have breakfast in the morning sun. We were able to contact our contact person Salvatore for any questions and problems, who together with his wife were very friendly and helpful for handing over the keys and for check-out. They even offered further help to our daughter for the further time of her studies and if necessary. Communication with both Matteo and Salvatore went very smoothly and without any problem. In other words: a very nice experience and very friendly hosts to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thanks again Matteo, Salvatore and wife and we know where we can go when we return to Forli again!!!

Me and my friends had an amazing time here. It was clean and had everything we needed such as cooking supplies. We had plenty of space for all our belongings and was very pleased with everything including the perfect location and the very responsive host. We would come here again.

Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

A dream week in the Marche region with the whole tribe: cousins, sisters, parents, dog, and mother-in-law (yes, even her). The villa? A paradise. Top pool, therapeutic hot tub (also for the nerves), BBQ for serial grillers. Stefano and Alessandro: 10 out of 10, always present but never intrusive. Postcard views, comfort everywhere. We relaxed, had fun and... gained weight. We'd go back tomorrow. In fact, we'd move in.

I stayed at this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the heart of the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center — really impressive! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to get around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

We stayed in 13 at Angelo's house, for the weekend of June 2. The house is very beautiful, in a quiet area, it is very spacious both inside and outside, with a patio and a garden that offer a beautiful view. The pool, being above ground, is not very large but absolutely functional for cooling off while enjoying the garden, and it was very much used by the 5 girls of the group who had a great time! Angelo was always available and kind to us, a great host!

Marco’s place truly over-delivered on every expectation. The apartment is stunning – beautifully renovated, full of natural light, and so well-thought-out that you instantly feel at home. It’s not just a stopover kind of place – you’ll want to spend a few days here to really enjoy it. Everything was pristine clean and modern, with unique touches throughout. The reading corner in particular is such a charming, cozy spot – a real highlight that makes the space feel special. I honestly wish I had stayed longer! One small note of caution: in one of the two bathrooms (the one with the bathtub), there’s a low beam that could be easy to bump your head on – just something to keep in mind. Other than that, this was one of the most beautiful stays I’ve had. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and atmospheric, like stepping into a small village. You’ll need to park the car about 4 minutes away, but it’s absolutely worth it for the calm and the pedestrian-only vibe.

Oscar is a host worth of any recommendation. Always helpful and available Oscar made sure we feel at home at his place which is well equipped and super clean - literally spotless! Thank you Oscar!

The house was on a very quiet street, with a few bars nearby where you can drink coffee in the morning. Clean, tidy and quiet place.

Available hosts, apartment in the historic center, a 10-minute walk from the sea, large square, very well arranged with a shaded inner courtyard: everything new, in particular we liked the two bathrooms, each with a shower made particularly cozy by tastefully decorated coatings. Highly recommended.
