Here you live about 1 km from the city center, about 250 m from the grocery store, about 1 km from Randvik beach with Svaberg, fishing opportunities and swimming beach. The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a trundle bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel bed. The house is therefore suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 young children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch on the back of the house. Gas grill on the porch. Plenty of parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

Here, you live centrally, with a short distance to everything: ​Risør city center: approx. 10-minute walk. ​Swimming areas and hiking trails: about a 10–15-minute walk. ​Sleeping accommodations: 3 regular beds with the possibility of one additional sleeping space on the sofa. ​ Amenities: The apartment has its own indoor toilet. There is no indoor shower in the apartment, but a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water is available. Parking included. ​ Important info: Remember to bring your own bed linen.

Our cabin is idyllically located in the middle of Raet National Park, completely secluded with spectacular views of the sea. Here you can enjoy walks, swimming areas and waves, even on stormy days. The cabin is newly renovated with Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, gas pizza oven, fire pan and outdoor fireplace. Sleeps 6 + new double sofa bed with amazing views. The rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in the sea and nature

Bjonnepodden

Bjønnepodden is located on a fantastic view plot on Bjønnåsen cottage yard. Panoramic views in tranquil surroundings with nature right outside. The cabin is small but you have access to most of the facilities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will come to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and active wildlife.

Lyngørsundet, Gjevingmyra Farm

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds and a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Central location with short walking distance to the city's shops and restaurants, and with nice hiking terrain, small beach and playground just meters away. Patio with garden furniture and parking.

Det er ett koselig felleskjøkken Smia på stedet hvor du finner alt du trenger til matlaging. Vi har egen strand og tilbyr kano og sup utleie. Vi har også aktiviteter som pil og bue, øksekast og luftgevær.

Relax at the cabin in Søndeled, Risør. Here you can hike by the water, the lake or the forest. The cabin is located on Øysang, where there is a holiday center with restaurant and tennis court. A few minutes walk to the jetty in Hødnebøkilen. Here it is possible to rent a boat. Otherwise, Øisangferga goes to Risør city center (and back) several times a day. Nice hiking terrain and short drive to the Svabergene on Stangnes and Portør.
