You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch on the back of the house. Gas grill on the porch. Unique and recently renovated barn apartment with a party venue consisting of a large kitchen, plus a table and chairs seating up to 16 people. The apartment contains two bedrooms, one bathroom, a hall and a large living room with kitchen (65 m2). Most of the floor is tiled with heating cables, and all the appliances are modern. You can wash out of the apartment yourself or order a laundry. The laundry costs 1000 NOK when ordering. Bed linens cost 75 kr per piece to rent, no sleeping bags.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
