Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a detached house, with lake view and private patio. Nice location at the end of a quiet building area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

This is an exclusive spacious studio apartment (about 70 sqm) on "Holmen" overlooking Risør harbor and Risør archipelago. Fits perfectly for 1-2 couples or family of 4. There are two verandas with a view from the porch no. 1 towards the archipelago and a view from porch no. 2 towards the inner harbor in Risør. Nice little beach "right outside the door". Located close to the city center and the lake, as well as a very short distance to a great hiking and training terrain in Urheia. The pool of 10 x 4 meters, holds 30 degrees from May to October.
