This is a great apartment (about 60 sqm) in the middle of Risør city center. Small cozy house from the 1860s. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Quiet and peaceful without street noise or noise from neighbors. Two bedrooms (you go through one bedroom to get to the next bedroom). A total of two small double beds. And a big sofa bed. The apartment does not have its own private patio. However, there are several cafes and "all the city's amenities" right outside the front door. Café tables on the sidewalk can be used freely. Recently refurbished with a new kitchen and bathroom.

Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

Private entrance and parking directly outside the gate. 150 m to park with playground and climbing park for children, 200 m to beautiful beach, 200 m to bakery and fish shop and 300 m to grocery store. Close to the harbor with ferry to Hirtshals. Larvik train station approx.: 2 km. Good hiking areas in the nearby.
