Walking distance to swimming areas, hiking areas, the city and everything you need when you are on vacation. We can assist with tips and recommendations for your stay in charming Risør. The apartment has a spacious living room with TV, WiFi, coffee table and dining table, bathroom, bedroom with double bed. The kitchen was renovated in the summer of 2023. Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a detached house, with lake view and private patio. Nice location at the end of a quiet building area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

Høvåg/Blindleia near the Zoo

Fully furnished garage loft (32 sqm) rented out at Kvannes in Høvåg. The property is idyllically located near the lake. Swimming and fishing places, hiking areas etc. are only a few minutes walk away. Blindleia is located 700m from the property. It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage attic has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining table/chairs. In the living room there is a Hemnes day bed with good mattresses (2 beds). Max 6 pers.

In the living room there is both a seating area and a dining area. It is possible to add a cot if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Cozy apartment in central, quiet surroundings. Private entrance and parking directly outside the gate. 150 m to park with playground and climbing park for children, 200 m to beautiful beach, 200 m to bakery and fish shop and 300 m to grocery store. Close to the harbor with ferry to Hirtshals. Larvik train station approx.: 2 km. Good hiking areas in the nearby.

Great location right on the waterfront, guests can use the part of the jetty that is just below their entrance and to the right of the large anchor on the jetty. THE REST OF THE JETTY and the sea hut and the beach we use. (Not for tenants,) There is also the possibility to rent a kayak, 2 pcs during the summer season.
