The apartment has a spacious living room with TV, WiFi, coffee table and dining table, bathroom, bedroom with double bed. The kitchen was renovated in the summer of 2023. There is a road all the way to the cabin and parking space for four cars on the plot. Good hiking areas nearby, e.g. hiking trail along the coast into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.

Welcome to the vineyard on Tromøy - Myra Gård! Right in front of the house, 3,150 vines were planted in 2024, and guests can experience the vines in the different stages throughout the year. A lovely property located right by Raet National Park on Tromøy. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful nature, the house is located just 200 meters from the entrance gate to Raet National Park on Spornes.

HAMMERLIA 36 is a modern cabin that holds a full-year standard and is located about 100 meters from the sea. The cottage area has its own sandy beach with a barbeque area and a children's playground. A great place to relax or to participate in activities and experiences. In the middle of summer, the sun is up until 21.30 o'clock.
