The apartment is very centrally located. Short distance to the bus and city center with shops and restaurants. Swimming area and hiking trails right next to the apartment. Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a detached house, with lake view and private patio. Nice location at the end of a quiet building area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

To Risør city center it is a nice walk of about 20 min. or bike ride of 7 min. - here you can park the car in your own parking space and leave it during the stay. Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

"Kjempehytta" is an Idyllic small cabin located on a beautiful island in Lake Toke in Bamble, Telemark. A perfect place to see the the starry night sky, and enjoy nature. In summer you can go swimming an fishing in the lake. To get to the island you need to padle a canoe. The canoe and two lifejackets are included in the rent.
