The house offers two comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and great outdoor area with a gas barbecue and a heated, massage pool. The house is 2 km away from all amenities. It is located in central Istria, which makes it an great starting point for exploring the entire area. Covered parking for 2 cars.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people. The upper floor consists of a modern designed open plan living-dining area as well as kitchen. On the lower floor (at pool level) there are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning. 2 double rooms with TV and one room with a bunk bed (90 x 200).
