We had a great vacation in Klaus' fantastically beautiful accommodation. The complex is super well maintained and Klaus was always available. When the water drain in the bathroom was defective, Klaus responded super quickly and sent a craftsman who was very friendly and was able to repair everything directly. Our spontaneous guests were even allowed to spend a night with their camper in the parking lot for free - THANK YOU for that. We'd love to come back and recommend the place!

We had a wonderful time with Elena on Krk. The cottage is not very large, but well equipped and completely sufficient for 2 people. The subtropical garden, however, is a real dream. Palm trees, olive trees and beautifully blooming flowers surround a large saltwater pool. Everything is very well maintained and clean, an oasis of tranquility. Elena is a very friendly, always helpful host who does everything to make guests feel comfortable. We hope to come back soon.

We had a wonderful stay with our four children and our dog at this peaceful and scenic place. The view of the sea is absolutely stunning, and we especially enjoyed the nearby hike down to the beach. The house is spacious, with plenty of room for the kids to play both indoors and in the garden. We also appreciated the great location, with good restaurants nearby in Plomin and a bit further in Labin and Rabac. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway!

Beautiful villa on the edge of the sweet town of Bale. You can get to the sea in 15 minutes by bike. Shopping 10 min by car. The pool half in the living room is awesome and pleasantly warm. Marko and Dunja are super nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable. Absolute recommendation!

The check-in was easy to do and flexible. The place was clean and had all the amenities listed. Unfortunately, We stayed at the end of December and the pool was not usable as it was not possible to heat it up enough. Our dogs were perfectly safe and happy walking around the area. Place is very quiet and isolated. Will definitely consider going back another time

Very clean and spacious accommodation. There were four of us with a dog in unfortunately not so nice weather (regular weather). That's why we were able to stay in the house very nicely, and everyone had their space. We felt very comfortable, and Nina was a very helpful host. However, the surroundings did not promise us so much, it was (probably also due to the season) everything as extinct (despite Easter week). A small kiosk and a small bistro were the only thing within walking distance. All in all it was a very relaxing short trip. Thank you Nina.

Perfect for a relaxing vacation with dog(s) Large, super beautiful, fenced property – ideal for travelers with dogs. The place is super well equipped, has everything you need for a vacation and offers a beautiful view. Parking directly at the house and everything you need is within 20 minutes. The street is audible - sometimes more, sometimes less - but for us it was not disturbing. The landlord was super friendly, even provided sweets in the fridge and gave us great restaurant tips. Earlier check-in was also possible without any problems. All around a successful stay! THANK YOU for that :)

Probably our favorite accommodation ever! We stayed as a family of four, which included a toddler. The home was perfectly set up for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The host was very responsive and very friendly. Immaculately clean and tidy.

Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.

We spent 11 days with seven + toddler and dog in this beautiful place. It was just wonderful and we had a wonderful time. The access road from both sides to the house is a little tight, but we also made it with camper. Lana is an excellent host. She really ALWAYS responded so quickly to messages and was always friendly and helpful. Thanks for this nice time 😊

This place was incredible. We absolutely loved our stay. The pool was great. Our 3 year old loved it and was great that it was under cover. Taxis / Ubers were reasonable into Fazana and Pula and we hired a car for further trips and you could walk to the local beach in about 15 mins. We loved the space and location. Restaurant across the road is definitely worth a visit!

What you see is what you get. Those looking for peace and nature will be happy here. Swallows circling the pool, birds that have long since died out elsewhere and pheasants, badgers and deer on the side of the road. When we were at the house, we always ate on the beautiful terrace and enjoyed the shade under the walnut tree. The pool was cleaned regularly and we liked it very much. About the house: we felt immediately comfortable. The renovated old stone house with its beautiful roof beams and the modern furnishings complement each other perfectly. 3 real bathrooms (3 showers) for 4 people are more than enough and these are also wonderfully clean. Otherwise: very well equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed our time at Valentina's and will be happy to come back. Conclusion: a great accommodation in the heart of Istria's original nature. Ideal for relaxation and excursions in the nearby and further surroundings. Recommended!

The contact before check-in was always friendly and helpful. The reception on site and the tour of the house was very warm. All rooms were clean and corresponded to the pictures in the description. The garden was huge and just right equipped for children. The pool and terrace were clean and very welcoming. For the children there were also toys in the house. Wood and lighters were available for the indoor and outdoor fireplace. The surroundings were quiet and located in the middle of nature. The grounds were completely fenced and the garden was nicely laid out. The kitchen was great, everything was available. All rooms were modernly decorated and cozy. In the evening, the pool and garden were chicly lit. For questions or the like, the landlady was always available and could help and give tips for things like activities. We would book the house again and again and enjoyed the stay.

Anna’s place was absolutely beautiful - both the view and the place itself! A true neighbourhood of villas. Anna was extremely responsive and helped whenever anything came up. It is very much worth noting that it is a 20 minute drive on a very narrow road from any bigger town. If you like remote, this is for you!

Would stay here again! We were 7 girls and had the best weekend. The house is located in a quiet area which we loved. There was everything we needed in the house and it was very clean! Ivan responded to my messages immedietly and was very helpfull with everything. Would absolutely recommend to stay here!

A beautiful house in the middle of the Istrian countryside. You sleep so deeply while the birds call for the day in the morning. The house has this typical Istrian energy and invites you to relax and become quiet.

very nice place, you feel right at home. Everything you need is there Vedrana was always there when you needed her. perfect for children and dogs, because everything is fenced very nice large garden with a wonderful pool. the beach is 25 minutes away and 17 minutes to the nearest shopping, so you should definitely be mobile we will be back thank you for everything

The stay with Magdalena and Robert was really great! We were a group of 10 and had plenty of room. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could ever need, the pool clean, the barbecue perfect for a fine barbecue evening and the communication with the two of them also just great! We got great tips for restaurants and beautiful beaches. The area is very quiet and by car you can inquire about all places. Highly recommended!
