The villa is 50 meters from the sea, in the private area of Capo d'Arco, 5 km from Porto Azzurro and 10 km from Capoliveri, very lively in the evening. Immersed in a 6000 sqm garden full of Mediterranean scrub, centenary olive trees, pines, cypress trees and overlooking the cliff, has a relaxation area equipped with a pool with salt water overlooking the bay and a 180° view of the sea. It is shared with the 4/6 guests of the Main Villa in the area. It's not a place for very lively children.

In a strategic position overlooking the entire historic center, a few pleasant steps from Piazza Bovio and its beach. The main avenue of Piombino is full of bars and restaurants. There are some beaches nearby, and the train station is a 10-minute walk. The beautiful beaches of the Coast are within easy driving distance.
