Apartment vacation rentals in Rio nell'Elba

We had a great time at Marco's place. He is kind, helpful, and accurate. The house is in a quiet area, there is a great view and it is equipped with everything you may need.

it wasn't my first time on airbnb, but I have to say I found everything perfect. Nice, comfortable and clean accommodation, great private parking space. Far from the traffic of the road despite being in the center. Totally satisfied and if I were to return to Porto Azzurro I would contact Francesco.

We had a wonderful week's vacation at Roberto and Lisa's. The place is great, we felt at home. The apartment overlooks a large terrace and garden with sea views, there is everything you need, all in impeccable condition. The beaches of Sorgente and Sansone are a few minutes' walk away, Portoferraio is ten minutes away by car, and the central location offers an ideal starting point to explore the entire island of Elba. Roberto and Lisa personally welcomed us and immediately made us feel welcome. They have always been available and very kind. We already want to come back!!!

A wonderful stay. June month ideal to stay in Elba, as it is not too crowded. Ideal house for two people. Beautiful view from the terrace, equipped with a coffee table and chairs. Ability to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace enjoying beautiful sunsets and the singing of birds. The only drawback is the sofa bed with a thin and spring mattress that is uncomfortable for elderly or very heavy people. Easy to reach in about 20 minutes by car all the most beautiful beaches of Elba: Sansone, the Sorgenti, the lover, Fetovaia, Cavoli, Le Ghiaie. Bagnaia is very nice, with a nice children's playground, municipal relaxation area, supermarket and restaurants and several bars. Cute marina with the possibility of renting various types of boats. 10 minutes by car Portoferraio with many supermarkets and all kinds of goods.

Emmanuela and her family welcomed us warmly and were absolutely accommodating. The apartment offers pleasant privacy with an idyllic garden and only a few meters to the beach with a bar. We had a heavenly week and highly recommend the accommodation! Grazie mille per tutto!

We had a great time in this peaceful oasis! The terrace is something incredible, so much so that we never went to dinner at the restaurant because we had a beautiful view. Thank you Roberto!

We spent a wonderful time in this appartement. There is even a little private terrace with garden to sunbathe and enjoy your meals outside. For our dog it was pure luxury. The appartement was squeaky clean and tastefully decorated. There’s even mosquito-nets on every window, so no need to worry about insects coming inside. Conny was super nice and helpful. It‘s the perfect spot for a beach vacation.🌴 We will definetly check if the appartement is available the next time we‘re in Elba.

We only stayed 4 days in Angela's apartment but we would have gladly stayed another week! Beautiful location in a quiet area (mid-May), in a few minutes' walk you can reach the beach, a few trails and in about ten minutes the village. The view from the balcony is beautiful, the apartment is equipped with everything you need, car parking on the property. Angela is a precise, very kind host. In the gardens of the various apartments there are also two beautiful and quiet cats! It was great to stay in this apartment, I would love to go back. Highly recommended

For us it was a great place to find ourselves during our stay at Elba!

The apartment is wonderful, surrounded by the sea on all sides with indescribable tranquility and peace. It is in the center and it is very convenient to walk to the sea or activities and restaurants. In addition, Giuseppe was very kind and available to help us at every stage of the stay, from check-in to check-out. A wonderful person! I recommend anyone to stay here as much as possible, it's really worth it!

Francesco has a very nice house, overlooking the marina, super equipped and very clean. He was a very kind and thoughtful guest, explaining everything we needed to know (e.g. waste collection). We only stayed 1 week, but we plan to return soon

The accommodation at Irene's apartment was pleasant and comfortable. The spaces are generous and the presence of two bedrooms and two bathrooms on two different floors offers flexibility and comfort at the same time. The apartment is in excellent condition and the location is strategic as it allows you to quickly reach the nearest beaches, main towns and amenities. The village where the apartment is located (Rio Nel Elba) is very pleasant and comfortable. The view from the balcony is on the main avenue of the village and the terrace on the second floor allows you to appreciate the characteristic view of Isola D'Elba. In terms of services, Irene and Giovanna have always been responsive and proactive in managing my requests, expressing absolute availability, kindness and customer care (personally perceived).

The house provided was very comfortable and cozy. Despite having delayed the check-in, Luca was available and advised me and made me feel at home. The apartment is in the center of the beautiful Rio Marina, it is clean and comfortable, well organized. I had a great time and I will definitely be back! Thanks!!

We enjoyed very much our stay in Casa Fragola. The flat is compact, but newly refurbished and very pleasant, and is perfect for a couple. The location is very beautiful and peaceful, in the countryside just outside Rio Marina and with a nice view of Rio nell'Elba and the surrounding hills. The flat is managed by HelloElba, with whom we communicated in advance of the visit (and through which we obtained a discount on the ferry), but we were welcomed by the property's owner who lives above the flat, and was very friendly and welcoming. There are several beautiful beaches that can be reached with a short drive from the house.

The experience was even better than expected. Incredible view towards the sea and Rio Marina. New and modern interior with everything you might need. The check in and communication was easy and fast. Would definitely come again!

Very nice and well-kept apartment. Lorenzo was very kind both in welcoming us and in the directions and information, including about our dog. We had a great time in his house, near the pebble beach. Nearby all the necessary amenities.

Our stay was simply wonderful. The lovingly furnished apartment had everything we needed and more. The terrace offered a breathtaking view of the sea and we could enjoy beautiful sunsets. By car, everything in the area was easily accessible and the area itself was just lovely. Isolina and her daughter were nice and accommodating hosts. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with a lot of love for detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness. Chris, we'd love to come back to your oasis and can hardly imagine Elba without you. Love B+S
