Beautiful place, loved the pool with lots of Sun loungers. Table tennis table, pool and swing helped to keep the kids entertained. The place was spotlessly clean and attention paid to details. Nice and quiet. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. As others have mentioned, there are a lot of cats! There is a smell of cat poo by the loungers in the grass, but if you stay at the loungers by the pool you can avoid it. There isn’t a lounge and the kitchen is a small area - but it was fine for cooking basic things and was very well equipped. The private veranda was lovely, however we were there in august and it was quite hot until later in the evening. If you don’t mind heat you will be fine. Superb place and I recommend!

Florence was an amazing host and her home is spectacular. My family and I had the best time . It is centrally located on the island to drive where ever you want to go. My 2 year old son was with us and there were all sorts of toys for him and things to explore. She even helped us book activities on the island and was always available to help. Marco's apartment is has a wonderful garden and in the apartment is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, we found everything we needed. We did have a bit bad luck, as the weather in the middle of March was very cold (between 3 an 9 degrees only). The apartment does have a heating - the radiators are heated throught the fireplace. But it takes at least an hour until they get warm. However we would still recommend this apartment and might come again.

Everything was alright. Maura and Francesco were available whenever we needed. They helped us find a vet for our dog, brought a slide for the kids, recommended places on Elba. The house is clean, the plot is huge, the pool is amazing. Thank you

Anna Maria and her husband welcomed us to their slice of paradise. A very nice place with a panoramic view from above towards the cliff and the sea. Pratesi is about 8 km from Marciana Alta and 14 km from Marciana Marina. You feel good and breathe good air. The sheets and towels were not included in the service but were delivered to us by the host. Recommended for those who want to stay in a quiet place.

Fantastic! We stayed in the apartment with 3 small children. The outdoor area offers plenty of space and a clear demarcation. The interiors are also perfect for families. The equipment of the kitchen is optimal. The location is great - close to the sea. Safe path. A quiet place with lots of activities right outside the door.

It was a really pleasant time at this place. The host's parents were very hospitable. The place was nice, clean, and had beautiful views.

The place is simple but perfect. Giuliana and the whole family plus dog were very sweet and warm. Communication before booking and especially on site was always nice and fast. The driveway is not easy and you cannot quickly walk into the village - but that is also not necessary, because you have excellent wine, oil, jam, honey and vegetables virtually "at home." The accommodation in Capoliveri was also great with baby. Everything within walking distance, numerous fantastic beaches can be reached by car in 5-10 minutes. Mid-May also not too crowded - sometimes we were alone in the sun on the beach. Many thanks to Lucca for the great tips and help in the apartment.

Very well-stocked apartment, clean and very close to Capoliveri beach and Felciaio beach (10 minutes walk). Warm shower and ample outdoor space are very useful. Bathroom a little small, but with a comfortable shower and great water pressure. Large private parking. Highly recommended and definitely a point of reference for the area!

We had a wonderful week in this charming bungalow and felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The entire residential complex is quiet, clean and extremely well maintained – an ideal place to relax. The kitchen is excellently equipped; dishes, pots, cutlery and everything you need is available in sufficient quantity. We often and gladly used the pool – we only missed parasols there.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Patresi! The flat has everything you need plus an amazing view. Sebastiano, our host, was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed him. We can definitely recommend it.

An incredibly great stay with plenty of space. The view was spectacular and the outdoor area was very nice and spacious. We enjoyed the pool a lot, which also met our expectations. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. There were some late evenings on the balcony overlooking both the mountains and the sea. We got all the information we needed and communication was easy and quick. Would highly recommend! We will be back ☺️

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Il Casale di Giovanni is truly an oasis of peace and tranquility where you can recharge your batteries after a year of work. Just a 10-minute drive from the beautiful free or equipped beaches and numerous characteristic villages and hamlets that are worth a visit. The house is just like the description if not better, spacious and equipped with all the comforts. Giovanni is a punctual, precise and discreet host. In one word: super recommended!!

Very pleasant four-day stay with friends. Swimming in the pool after a day at the beach is a beauty!! If I have to find a flaw... lots of flies, but we're in the countryside!

The apartment is nicely located, overlooking the sea! There are also several pools in the complex, but they are only accessible from June 1st, was no problem...we went to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, you can prepare small meals well.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!
