Vacation rentals with a patio in Rio nell'Elba

When we arrived on the island, she immediately conquered our heart. Bruno was very friendly and provided us with various information in advance. The check-in was hassle-free and fast, the castle a real dream! It is an impressive building and a great joy to stay in it. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortably furnished. The kids and we felt right at home. The pool and also the tennis court are well cared for and a highlight to the already exceptional accommodation. The direct location by the sea completes everything perfectly. The beach and water are beautiful and simply magnificent. Also a nice bar, where the program always takes place in the evening, is in walking distance. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful vacation in a great place. The apartment was as described, and from the terrace we had a view of a beautiful pool where we could relax. Stefano and Cristian throughout our stay were ready to help us if we needed anything. Stefano is the best host and I would recommend everyone to stay at his place.

Highly recommend this home to families with children! Our kids loved the pole, and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. A quiet and nice place that we would love to visit again. The breakfast buffet was incredibly luxurious and fresh, with lots of different options. Nice apartments with comfortable beds. We had a cozy private patio.

Absolute dream apartment for a couple. We were there for a week. The apartment is modernly renovated and there is absolutely everything you need in the apartment. It is just far away from the tourist part, so you hardly notice anything in the apartment itself. From the balcony (also with sun gates) you can have breakfast, have an aperitivo in the evening and look at the sea all day - wonderful! The contact with Elise was very straightforward, helpful and very pleasant. Only: At the end of the small street is a (very nice alternative) bar, which each made music to run almost every evening until about 00:00/00:30 clearly audibly (live). But visitors to the bar were barely heard.

Carlotta was always available for every little thing, the accommodation is very comfortable, 3 steps from the sea and all amenities.

The house I would like in my dreams, in a breathtaking location, where you can breathe love and dedication in every detail. Francesca and Antonio are very kind, discreet and full of attention to guests: Lavazza waffles for breakfast, homemade jam, oil, pasta, sugar, salt, the new bottle of shower and hand soap, the complete equipment of washing machine and dishwasher detergent, citronella candles, maps of the trails, many tips for a wonderful stay and the right call for boat rental. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything and more. A stay with indelible memories: the breakfast on the terrace, the soft lawn under the feet, the rocking and the outdoor living room for reading, the silence of the night, the splendor of the starry sky and the sea, the singing of the seagulls and the owl, the stunts of the swallows. Unforgettable.

We stayed with Susanna from April 23 to 27 and had a great time. Susanna welcomed us warmly and was helpful in giving us all the useful information on places to visit and where to eat local delicacies. The villa is beautiful and is surrounded by greenery and in a quiet area with a sea view. Our little dogs were also able to run around freely in the garden because it was entirely fenced and safe. One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! Casa nel Bosco is a very special place. Such a beautiful spot underneath a large umbrella pine with views across the sea to Montechristo. Part of the Mount Capanne nature reserve with walks on the doorstep, it was chocka full of wild flowers in spring and we saw some wild boars. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the house which was easy to do with so much privacy and space. Our teenagers enjoyed watching the lizards and insects go about their business. Interesting quirks like the outdoor kitchen made unloading the dishwasher novel! There are little seating areas dotted about through the woods, and a path to a waterfall which we cooled off under. Don’t miss the fireflies in the trees at night! We had lots of contact with Adriano and he gave us some nice recommendations. We loved the local beaches and snorkelling at Pomonte. There is also a nice restaurant there where we spent our last night and watched the sunset from their terrace

Such a lovely time at the place! It is really very idyllic, has everything you need and is beautiful with the pool! For us, it was also the perfect starting point for many very nice road bike tours! I'm sure we'll be back :)

We enjoyed staying in Maria's apartment very much. It is located above Pitigliano with a great terrace with stunning views over the entire area. Maria is a very friendly and helpful host, we highly recommend this place.

One in a lifetime experience and stay. My favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. My daughter and I were in Florence for a week and wanted to find something peaceful, less touristy and beautiful. Suvereto and Diana’s place exceeded our expectations. Felt like we stepped into a dream. The house was magical and so beautifully designed. The village is a very welcoming and kind place with incredible food. Diana was an exceptional host - her family was even able to transport us from the train station which was a huge gift!! I can’t wait to come back.

We had a great time in Nisporto. We were four people and had plenty of space on in the two bedrooms and terrace. The pullout couch was more than comfortable for our ten day stay. The pool is right in front of the terrace and the beach a 3 min walk. We always found free sunbeds at the pool, and was able to rent sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach, which also had a small bar. The area is quiet and there is not much to do in Nisporto, which was perfect for us. We rented towels from our host, which were delivered to us on arrival. Our host was very responsive and helpful. A great place for a relaxing vacation.

Tastefully decorated. Lots of kitchen and dining area things that make lingering enjoyable. Magnificent view. Even nocturnal lanes around it. So rather not for silence fanatics. Long steep stairs to the apartment, but over the rooftops of the winding old town. Great apartment in the middle of the old town.

Beautiful apartment with awesome rooftop and ocean views. 600m walk to the beach! Great recommendations for restaurants! Apartment was clean, spacious everything you could need the air conditioning worked very well mattresses very comfortable no complaints no issues. Will definitely stay again and recommend.
