A beautiful apartment with very hospitable owners. Sparkling clean and lovingly furnished. The small garden was charming and the private parking great. Absolutely recommended.

Everything worked as expected

The apartment is amazing! Very well maintained, nicely furnished and clean. A quiet and ideal location within walking distance to the sea, plentiful street parking including their private parking which was made available to us. A lovely nearby store for the morning cappuccino and pastry, a close by supermarket and don’t forget to try the Stuzzicheria di Mare ristorante in town! Lorenzo was friendly, gracious, an excellent communicator and very helpful to accommodate our requests. We highly recommend! 5 Stars!

The accommodation is virtually right on the water and surrounded by bars and restaurants. It's just a few meters to the old town. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this place.

We had a great time in Francesco's apartment. Always available and reachable, he also gave us great tips for parking. The location is perfect, especially if you have to take the ferry the next day. The apartment is super equipped, there is everything you need – we also found something for breakfast kindly offered by the host. Highly recommended!

The apartment is as described, very clean and the furniture is modern. The bedroom, living room, and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. A few steps away is the Venezia neighborhood, and the new fortress is 2 minutes away. If I return to Livorno, I will try to stay with Lyudmila again.

The apartment was really very well furnished and super clean. We felt very comfortable. There is plenty of parking in front of the door. The area looks a little simpler, but Livorno is easily accessible and the apartment is ideal for a stay.

Jo was extremely welcoming, a great person who is very attentive to you. There was fresh water for our arrival as well as a bowl of water for our dogs. I would highly recommend.

Christine really made sure we felt at home, knew where everything was, how to catch the right buses, knew the local best places to visit, gave us ideas of what to do. She was amazing and her place is safe for my wife and two younger daughters. We loved every minute of our stay at Christine’s place. I’m sure you will too if you decide to visit it too.

Wonderful accommodation in a great location! Ideal for people with dogs, you can see the dogs from the sea on the terrace, very cozy and private. Great beach, nice atmosphere. Marina is very warm and has given everything so that we have a great stay. Wau Beach especially for nearby dogs.

Truly loved staying here! Federico's mother, Cristiana, was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond. The location is near public transportation, which takes you easily to places of interest. The place is neat and clean. I highly recommend!

Beautiful penthouse apartment with a fantastic terrace The apartment is located on the roof and has a very large terrace with a magnificent view of Elba and the Tyrrhenian Sea – a real highlight. Host: Gaia was extremely friendly and accommodating. Equipment & condition: The apartment is in a well-maintained and very clean condition. Everything you need for a successful summer vacation in Italy is available – including air conditioning. Location: Shopping (COOP), the city center, a swimming bay, bakery and pizzeria are within walking distance. Please note: The proximity to a busy road brings a certain amount of noise, which may be perceived by more noise-sensitive guests. Conclusion: We had a very pleasant stay and thank Gaia very much.

Our stay was fantastic! As a couple needing a break from a long start to the year, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax. Nestled in between fields and olive trees, we felt completely at home, the view from the deck was stunning and listening to the different sounds at night, from our private hot tub with a bottle of wine was perfect! We made several day trips to Volterra, Lucca and even Florence from the cabin, though definitely wake up early if you’re planning to venture further out! Would definitely recommend hiring a car if you’re going to stay here! 10 out of 10 stay! Thanks Pino!

We loved the accommodation, the beautiful town of Peccioli (!!!) and the great Tuscan surroundings! The accommodation is great and nothing is missing... the beds are cozy, the decor is very nice and in the beautiful grotto we relaxed after eventful days. The location of the accommodation is great... Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Lucca... all easily accessible within an hour by car! ...and we only met Alessandra briefly on arrival, but that was very nice and everything uncomplicated! Definitely full five stars and a clear recommendation!!! This is Tuscany 👍

It was an all-around great experience in a beautiful place surrounded by the nature of Tuscany. The contact in advance of the trip was straightforward and there was an accurate description of the arrival. Marcella welcomed us very well on site and told us a lot about the accommodation and possibilities of leisure activities in the area. Good restaurant tips were also included. The apartment is very nice and simply furnished and is complemented by its own small terrace where you can sit in the sun in the morning. We would love to come back anytime and highly recommend this Airbnb! :)
