The house is very cute! Dream views! The location is good, 10 minutes from downtown Bariloche... it has very good heating, which is very important for the winter. They greeted us and explained everything. Super friendly and friendly.

The best place to stay in Bariloche. A house with one of the best views of the lake and a very quiet neighborhood. I felt safe and eager to extend my stay.

We had an excellent experience at this house in Bariloche. The property is comfortable, well-equipped and very clean, with everything you need for a pleasant family stay. The location is ideal: close to the main attractions and with incredible views of the Patagonian landscape. I especially highlight the tranquility of the environment and the warmth of the home. Celina was very kind and attentive from the first moment, always available to answer any questions. We would definitely choose this place again for future visits. Thank you for everything!

El Remanso was absolutely stunning, a lovely house perched on the edge of a cliff! The interior is decorated with vintage pots and pans and antique skiing equipment. Communication was excellent and the location was perfect for our needs, about ten minutes outside of town and not far from an amazing ice cream place called Heladeria Humus. Some other reviewers expressed worries about the dirt/gravel road, but we didn't find it a problem at all - don't forget that you're going to need to drive on roads of that kind to reach many of the hikes and other attractions in Patagonia anyway.

We had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much ☺️ Perfect for a family of 2-3 people. There is a firepit, BBQ on the property. There are trees, roses and melissa growing. The house is warm because there is a heated floor. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and thanks to the heavy blanket, you fall asleep faster. Kitchen is equipped with all you need for cooking. There is tea, coffee, cocoa, spices and oil. There is a washing machine and laundry detergent. Couldn't sleep the first night because of the neighbor's dog's loud barking, but it was quiet the rest of the nights. Sometimes the internet went down, but it wasn't critical for us. We were without a car, so there is little choice of places nearby and they are not always open to keep this in mind. From the establishments, we recommend a burger shop. Within a walking distance there is a mini supermarket, a supermarket, a lake, a park. Cris allowed us to check in a little earlier and later check out. Shared with map and local recommendations.

The views of Lake Gutierrez from the accommodation are amazing. You can see it all the time from inside or on the terrace. The atmosphere is super warm and it's very well heated. On the other hand, both Agustín and Nora was super attentive, responding to every concern.

The place has an amazing view. It's no doubt to recommend, it was all spotless, the access instructions were clear. I would stay in the place again, it was clean, with full utensils, towels and with comfortable facilities. The only thing to keep in mind I recommend going by car since the accommodation is in height, which gives it a beautiful view.

A very cozy place, with a lot of security and close to points of interest. The Communication with the host was excellent, she always gave us clear directions and support in what we needed. The pool area is about 300 meters from the building, it can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot, the water is temperate and delicious for the cold of the area.

Very well located apartment in Bariloche, close to Carrefour, bakeries, pharmacies and Kiosk, and a quiet distance to the main street. Everything was organized and communication with Alejandra was good. Just a few important points to know before you book: - There is no parking in the building, so for those who go by car or rent, you need to leave it on the street. - Check-out was inflexible, at 10 a.m. As in winter, the day dawns later, be prepared to get out of bed early to get everything organized and leave on time.

beautiful apartment, very comfortable, nice and well organized, the location is ideal, absolutely everything is close by, ideal for us who went without a vehicle, I would definitely choose it again if I go back, Celina is very friendly and cordial, we did an early check in without any problem because our flight arrived at noon

The accommodation is beautiful and all the equipment is top quality. Very comfortable, spacious, with good views, bright and quiet. The pool is huge, very nice and is just over 1 block from the accommodation within the same complex. The water was at a pleasant temperature. There are a lot of workers since the complex is under construction, but everyone is very friendly and we were not bothered by the noise that could be generated. We would definitely come back!

excellent location and right on the lake. parking was good and safe. everything you could need was provided. nothing was missed. she even helped us when we arrived late with ordering food and she was great to do that. we will be staying again at her place 100%. Top shelf..the best!!

Highly recommended. Beautiful place to rest. The living room had a window with a beautiful view. It was well heated to keep out the cold and the sofa was super comfortable! It's a bit far from downtown, but there are supermarkets and good places to eat nearby. You have to go by car.

Very good stay, 3 nights that seemed very few. EVERYTHING IS PERFECT. I really recommend the apartment. Very comfortable, we are several (3 boys and 2 adults) all very comfortable. Excellent location, the host is always attentive and helpful. I RECOMMEND THEM.

Excellent apartment! Everything is impeccable!!! The view is spectacular. Clara was always very attentive. It is a gated neighborhood, the building is very good, garage in front of the building door, the neighborhood has two exits on different streets, excellent location. Everything was extremely clean, new, fragrant, everything worked perfectly. You can tell the host was and is in all the details so that you have a great stay! I would go back and highly recommend it!!
