It consists of two unused HC maritime containers built by Yangzhou Runyang Logístic Equipment China and operated by MSC Switzerland Solar kit and hot water with Solar Thermos Biodigestor Huracan Mill. We contribute to a sustainable construction on the southern bank of our Rio Negro.

It is located about 12 blocks from the Civic Center of Bariloche, surrounded by a forest of cypresses and radales with a nice garden where there is a 'chulengo' (a raised wooden platform) for barbecues. The neighborhood is very quiet, residential, there is a small square half a block away. It has all the basic amenities for a comfortable stay. There is ample parking space.
