Beautiful! Both the home and the landscape. The views of Lake Gutierrez and the beautiful Cerro Catedral all day long. Very easily accessible, you can reach many places avoiding downtown. Equipped with everything you need, also for cooking and it is very good to have another grillboard inside for when it is cold. Very good attention from Pablo and Giorgina. We already want to come back!!!

Excellent accommodation in an unbeatable setting to rest and relax for a few days with everything you need to have a good time, in a beautiful natural setting with an incredible view of the lake. Super quiet and safe neighborhood. Away from the noise of the center but only a few minutes by car. Very close to a supermarket, pharmacy and several shops within a few minutes' walk. Daniela was an excellent host, she was always available, responded quickly and was super friendly. 100% recommended.

Natalia's house has an incredible view from on top of a mountain overlooking a valley in northern San Martin de los Andes. The house has a great open design where the living room, dining room and kitchen blend into one large living space. And the heated pool and very comfortable bed in the main bedroom were wonderful. Access to the house is up a fairly steep (in a few places) gravel road but our mid-sized rental handled it without any problems. It should be noted that the oven did not heat appropriately but it has since been fixed. We used a toaster oven for any toasting needs and it worked perfectly. The kitchen is huge, has all the utensils/appliances you could need and even has a huge stone parrilla from grilling up a storm. Oh, and the showers? Fantastic pressure! It's a perfect spot for two couples or a family of five. A great spot!

I enjoyed an unforgettable vacation with two little girls at Marcelo's house in Bariloche. Its location, 10 minutes from downtown, made it easy to access restaurants, shops and local attractions. The property is equipped with practically all the necessary amenities for a carefree stay. One of the biggest attractions was the heated pool, ideal for relaxing after a day of walking. The perfect water temperature made every bath an exceptional experience. Marcelo was an attentive, friendly host and always willing to help when we needed something, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend this option for those looking for comfort, quality, tranquility and an unforgettable experience in Bariloche.

We had a great 5 nights. It is a gated complex with 4 cabanas overlooking the Huapi in the neighborhood of Las Victorias. The cabin was spacious and comfy. The kitchen is quite large with everything you need. The spacious living room with lake view. The full bathroom, we had an inconvenience with the shower faucet and Sergio was able to change it and solve it next day. The room is on a mezzanine also overlooking the lake. Each cabin has its own chulengo to be able to make asado. In the garden in front of the cabin there were two lounge chairs to be able to appreciate the view of the lake. It has parking inside the property. It has a pool and access to the Huapi beach in front of the cottage. They accept pets for an extra fee, we went with our puppy sachicha who passed it incredible. In the nearest cabin by luck there was no one. Had there been people, you are quite glued. In conclusion, we had a great time and Sergio is a very nice and predisposed host. The internet went great.

Pablo's house is even better than what's shown in the photos, the service is excellent ! With quick response to every requirement . Unbeatable location. We were three marriages and we were comfortable . Everything works , everything works. It made our stay wonderful . Waking up to that view is to rest . Thank you for everything

We had a great 10-day stay at the accommodation. Fabiana is very attentive and had put all the heaters on for a warm arrival. We didn't need heating afterwards. The location allows for a sensational view. We didn't miss anything thanks to Fabi who is always ready for anything for a perfect stay.

Incredible experience. Silvia is a sweetheart, always attentive and helpful during our stay. The house is practically new, and it's even prettier than the pictures! It is equipped with absolutely everything you could ever need, it has a boiler for heating with radiators in all rooms and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need and more. Every corner is tastefully decorated, creating a warm atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The location is ideal, in the heart of the small circuit and only 25 minutes from downtown Bariloche. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Marce's house is a dream. From the house's architecture to the beauty of the beach where it is, every detail is unique. The house is very nice and has wonderful comfort, as seen in the photos. Everything works very well and each room has its window overlooking the beach. In addition, there are plenty of beach games, board games and books to make the stay even better. The environment surrounding the house is a dream. Getting up and seeing the beach, the calm of the sound of the sea, the sunrises and the number of stars that can be seen at night is incredible In addition, there is a beautiful orange cat that lives around the houses there. We named him Niquito. He is the sweetest cat you will ever meet. All this makes Marce's place unique and wonderful. Don't hesitate to go because you're going to have a great time and you're going to relax a lot. We will definitely be back and enjoy everything I wrote about again.

José Luis' house is very functional, and it shows that it is a house that was made to live in. It has many details that make it very practical. We spent a week and enjoyed it very much, the view is great and with direct beach access. Everything works well and José Luis' service was excellent. It is recommended!

One of our favorite stays anywhere, ever. Unbeatable location. Great house. Fantastic communication. One thing to be aware of is that the area is very dusty from the dirt road, but Martín arranges for a cleaner to come every few days.
